Great advice. I agree that we do NOT need to eat junk/sugar/chemicals in "moderation." Eating that crap, even a little, just feeds addiction. It's like telling a drug addict to just use "a little."

Great inspiration and motivation! My daily WaWa visits have drastically changed as well. I was just like the couple ahead of you in line. Now it’s just coffee, skipping all the junk that used to call out to me.

Keep it up! There’s no better way to eat and LIVE. You are going to inspire many more people than you even know.

Man, I would like to tell you something. Maybe I am seeing too much into it but I found you with the 90 days carnivore video. I saw you made a 131 days so, out of the blue I compared the 2 videos.
You LOOK younger, your forehead wrinkles are slightly less, you look slimmer (I do not know still if you leaned down because I am just starting the video) and your hair look marginally darker (moustaches especially).
You LOOK calmer, your expression looks less stressed and the wrinkles reflect it, eyes, mouth etc.
I just wanted to let you know because sometimes it is hard to spot changes seeing yourself everyday.
I love carnivore and I have to say that the weight loss is the one that interests me the least (even if I want to be leaner).

Thanks for your comment! As someone that has dabbled in photography for many years, good lighting can often enhance someones appearance. There's a direct difference in artificial lighting and natural sunlight. So I can't say with certainty that the diet has helped with that just yet, although I do notice some good things happening with my skin overall. As far as looking slimmer, and looking calmer... I can definitely say it's a direct correlation to the diet and elimination of allllll the junk and sugar, and perhaps starting to reverse some of the effects of bad metabolic health. Thanks for subscribing too, I really appreciate it!

@@joesgarageandotherstuff more than glad. I like when I see positive outcomes from nutrition and I'm eager to see where carnivores will get. While I'm not an absolutist I am curious on what benefit long term we may have.

know your enemy...lol I know mine is beer/alcohol. Problem is drinking in moderation is that after two beer, judgement is clouded, ergo, drink some more...lol Some things can be moderated, some can't in my opinion. Love your vids!

I agree with you. The longer you do this the less you will desire processed food or as I would call non-nutritious food…. There are 2 ways to process sugar, glucose goes in your muscles and bloodstream and fructose only processes in your liver which causes a fatty liver. As far as heart disease, it is caused from sugar not cholesterol. Just look at history to see what foods were taken and what replaced them and it will all make sense. Sorry my comment is way tooooo long!

They've done brain scans on this topic, the deadly combination of eating the magic ratio of fat to sugar foods are addictive as Class A drugs. I do Ketovore and I love the empowerment, zero cravings and willpower I never thought I had. I'm 35 lbs down in 3 months and feel better than I ever have.

I'm on day 26. Lots of aches and pain have gone. Seasonal allergies seem better. It's amazing. Thanks for posting fellow traveler.

In addition to eating carnivore I suggest you try Methylene Blue dosing. Game changer for me!!
