Thanks for watching, I'm hoping to create more videos about tinnitus. It can be tricky for me to talk about it as I notice it more when I do. How do you manage your tinnitus?
Tinnitus is annoying as hell- what else can you do apart from getting on with it - hope for a cure in the future to bring back true happiness - is yours caused by noise or something else ?
I've stopped hoping for a cure, I think that made it worse for me. I just try to manage it, I've had it a long time so I'm pretty much used to it now. We think that mine was caused by an ear infection but I'm not totally sure.

@@BethologyScience I kind of get used to it. I just notice it when I talk about it, as you said. I avoid too noisy places, though.
