    The symptoms of my anxiety changed so much that it genuinely started running out of ideas, was expecting the anxiety to jump out the closet with a white sheet shouting ‘Boo’, once you get to this stage you’re definitely in the home clear for full recovery, keep fighting the good fight everyone!

      What do you mean exactly with “was expecting the anxiety to .....” ? You mean that didn’t happen? And instead the anxiety was running out of ideas and that is how it went for you? And that means you are on the path to full recovery?
      Many questions, thank you ☺️☺️

      How did you get to this stage? I fear the symptoms. I hate feeling that fear in my body suddenly and can't breathe and then the anxious thoughts. I fear panic attacks and I thought I was better but I was fooling myself :(

    • @Mickyboi1
      @Mickyboi1 3 роки тому +10

      @@lolagoldie4168 it takes a bit of courage but also for me personally it was born out of frustration, like one day i just realised I’ve left the house 1000 times feeling dizzy and shaky and I’ve not once collapsed or anything, then i just thought I don’t care what it tries to pull anymore I’m getting about my life.
      It’s weird though as once you lose the fear of the fear the anxiety loses ALL it’s power, then it might try switch things up but once you know that nothing it does can actually hurt you its never really the same, it’s like when you know how a magician does a trick you can never look at the trick with the same awe if you get what i mean

    Hey shaam, I don't know how to tell thanks but I have almost completely recovered from anxiety. My grades are high again and I'm enjoying my life again after 2 months of struggle. The hole was so deep that I thought I would never come out. I'm still having a little bit health related anxiety, but those are fading due to the guidence of my family. My dream is to become prime minister of my country India. I don't have words to tell you. You changed my life. Any amount of money would not be enough to clear this debt. But if I become a billionaire one day, I will surely repay you. Have a nice day ☺️

    This is one of my favorite recovery stories. Not sure if Shubham mentioned this technique, but one way to get in the mindset of allowing and sitting with the symptoms is to actually encourage them, to hope for them to get worse. That works especially well for health anxiety. I got so frustrated that I told my body to just go ahead, make me have a stroke or heart attack, I am through fighting and being scared. It was like a switch was flipped and the fear went away. If I ever have trouble getting back into the mindset of acceptance I just use that technique where I encourage things to get worse. Every time it makes symptoms and fear just fizzle out.

    Bro it's crazy. It get into these loopholes. I'm 24 today. My first episode started at 17 years old. Lasted about 6 months. I told myself I would never be like that again because I was aware what my brain was tricking me to do. Well here we are today and it's ridiculous how I let myself slip into this again. Everyday it's something different. I know it'll pass but my goal now is to get it to pass ASAP. It's so bad now that when I get to where my brain is distracted, it notices and starts worrying about my families health .. it's crazy. I'm so sensitive right now about it that if I can't eat three times a day or I go a day without eating (because anxiety will do that) I'm like dude something wrong. Then I tell myself to eat more because my stomach is shrinking from not eating enough. So I try to eat three meals in a day and can't because my body isn't used to it or my nerves or whatever. It's mind-blowing bro. Being aware of what's going on makes it even more weird.
