    That was fun and tough. I think I hurt my shoulder on push ups. It hurt first round second not so bad I need to work on form. Loved it thank you! 🥰

    Usually Thursdays are my rest days but since this is a 5 day challenge, that means no rest day until Saturday! Always good to keep the body guessing

    But to be honest there are some that I did for 20 others for 15 as it was my first time using ankle weights.
    Yessss, I feel my whole body moved.

    A question ..can I do this in a half pilates on my elbows stance..I have bad thumb hand joints from years of pilates ..so have been only doing stand up exercises..wanted a change .

      Yes Bec that does most of the work believe it or not instead of the open kinetic chain leg or free leg that is kicking.

    PS don't do weights before this workout then add not a 1#wt....I was dying...muscle failure! But did it again action Jacquelyn

    I love working the core, but I feel that this workout was focused on too much core. You advertised the video as Booty and Thigh. That is what we’ve come for. A booty and thigh focused workout.
