A question ..can I do this in a half pilates on my elbows stance..I have bad thumb hand joints from years of pilates ..so have been only doing stand up exercises..wanted a change .

I love working the core, but I feel that this workout was focused on too much core. You advertised the video as Booty and Thigh. That is what we’ve come for. A booty and thigh focused workout.

Is it normal that these all hurt the supporting leg rather than the working leg?
Yes Bec that does most of the work believe it or not instead of the open kinetic chain leg or free leg that is kicking.
