Thank you for the reply, I actually have no problem losing weight, i am actually having a hard time trying to keep my weight up? i am 62 and at my lowest ever ugh! my doctor told me as long as i am not losing more than 5% of my total which would be 7 pounds, that i need not to worry that weight fluctuates.?. when i have bouts with IBS, (that's what my doctor told me it was) i tend to lose a few pounds. i have heard of healing my gut with help this? Is that what your program will help with? My stomach issues are from stress?

I started this when you first released it, but only did the program for one week. I continued doing other workouts on your page and after some time, cot the urge to complete the full 60 days. All I can say is... as a former competitive long distance runner... this is the most strong and balanced I've felt in a VERY long time! My posture is much better, confidence is back and you helped bring back the valet dancer in me (that I was as a child). You're amazing!

Love your workouts Jacquelyn - they are a fixed part of my week ❤💪 I think though I'm doing something wrong during the deadlift exercises - it feels uncomfortable in my calf. Hope you're enjoying your pregnancy!
I am halfway through the 30 day challenge! I am feeling so good! I am gearing up to graduate in May and these last two classes are very stressful! And I work full time and have an art show coming up but I make time for this just to keep my sanity! Anyway I love it. I feel so good and happy and energized after each workout. Just a little tip for others-I use weights on the deadlift type exercises and just hold them in my hands because my band is just a little too resistant and I start to strain by back muscles too much. Hopefully I can get there soon though!

Wow, thank you. Still here, hamstrings sore from the sliders, but this practice was helpful for that. Had those types of dreams too, where you can't even get to where you need to be!! Just found a grounding sequence, maybe you know.. but in case you don't.... from tabletop to child's back to table to downward dog and back to table then to lightning pose then restart... on each exhale chant ohm ma.. then ohm ma ohm next set and then ohm ma ohm ma ohm last set... it stays in your head for a long time and definitely feels soothing.

I switched ! Yesterday I took long walk to the ocean 17k steps ! Today I did this ! Can’t wait for the next 2 weeks !

And the last one, 2 weeks after the previous, because of family gathering and a big cold ( thanks my cousins for the "present"!)
This was not that hard, but challenging my balance. Standind on the left foot is not that hard, but standing on the left is like I'm 1 year old and just learned how to walk right now. I simply cant doing without loosing balance absolutely no gracefully, I'm more like a duck on a pond instead a swan on the lake, but... no problem, I think that even those are professionally dancing on the scenes all around the world, were also ducklings at some point :)
But, well I can feel my abs, and it's great.
I'll redo the exercises - and some other- regularly between lessons days, they seems to bee greatly effective, thank you again

I really want to love this workout but I can’t find workout bands that work for the entire workout.
Stay tuned.. I am working on something special :) In the interim, you can always try the workout without the bands
i wish you could help me with my anxiety. i have suffered with chronic anxiety/panic disorder my entire life. i can manage my panic attacks now (sadly needing medication) but i only take a little teeny bit so i still have daily anxiety.. i have a difficult time with the mind body connection because my mind has trouble focusing : (
