So I teach Pilates reformer. I used to teach barre too. Lately (past 12’months) my time to workout is limited and when teaching reformer it’s all herbal cuing. So I appreciate quick workouts like this that I can do while my dogs are with me and I don’t need to get on the floor and be attacked with love by them
what a tough workout.... i thought it looked easy because it a short one, oh boy, those were the most difficult 15 minutes of my life ha ha ha my legs were trembling when I finished it.
I love fitbymik but this one is not for me: I felt it much more in my hamstrings and quads, and somehow uncomfortable in my neck! I’m best sticking to the floor equivalent.
I would really love to see more barre workouts, this was super!
