This was just what I needed tonight! It perfectly stretched out my back and chest after weight lifting geared toward those muscle groups these past couple days, and relaxed me and prepared me for bed.
That last relaxing stretch with the bolster and blanket pillow was amazing and just what my back needed! Thanks as always Sarah - your relaxation videos have come in especially handy for me this week :)

Love this series! I especially appreciated the two belly-down chest stretches with arms at 90 degrees and cactus....had no idea I could get such a satisfying stretch in that area. Really helpful during fibromyalgia flare up. Thank you!

I've been having bad pain in my left side of my neck/shoulder and these 1st and 2th video were awesome. Especially lying on the bolster with the blanky pillow made me smile like a baby. This doesn't happen to me often, pure bliss.. thanks so much Sarah :)

You are amazing, I've been doing your Yoga routines and repeating a lot every day for about a month now and I'm seeing HUGE improvements on what my body can do for me. Thanks Sarah since my back injury I had had trouble sleeping. Your yoga has always helped me to call asleep as soon as I complete your yoga exercise. Thank you for all the exercises. I often have to pause your videos because I can't move as fast when transitioning into the different poses. I appreciate all the poses. In hopes of my recovery.💚💚💚💚

I have a knot of muscle on my shoulder/back that aches from working out yesterday(I'm all flabby lol). This helped a bit.. but I'm still a tad sore. It certainly is appreciated though

This was incredible. Thank you. I have a bulged disk in my cervical spine, so I deal with neck pain and nerve issues in both my arms. This is exacerbated by my work as a teacher. I spend long hours at the computer. These stretches were great. I felt my nerves come back to life as we did the threading the needle and laying back on the bolster

Not much movement as normal sequence..but this one is great. Deep stretch along with breathing I felt I am really into it. Didn't feel the time running, only thought about it in deep stretching with bolster in back..
