Today, I completed a year of doing Yoga With Adriene every day! Thank you so much, Adriene. My strength and balance have increased and I feel more resilient and grounded in my everyday life. I plan to continue - maybe one day my heels will touch the ground in Downward Dog! Thank you all, for such a supportive community, particularly in these strange times. xx

Me too. This was an incredibly emotional practice for me. I was seriously considering ending my life yesterday due to academic stress and was thankfully stopped by my loved ones, but today I just started this practice because I woke up with immense neck and shoulder pain. I wasn't expecting to cry so much or have this practice resonate so much at this time in my life, but here we are.

You have no idea how happy I am to bring myself on the mat today as its been 5 minutes since the internet was "freed" in Iran for the first time in a week . I was filled with anger, sadness, frustration and uncertainty and whether I'll be able to leave this place, and now I'm ready for the tears and all the tension to be released, this is my miracle of the day...I might have missed the last 7 days of the grateful plan but I am grateful to be doing this one in case the internet is banned again .your voice was with me though telling me to accept, let go and react differently ,who knows, one day I might be able to not only join your program but actually do a practice behind you!so thank you Adriene . thank you sooooo much...

Just wanted to say... I'm a few weeks late trying this one because I've only been making about 10-15 minutes for yoga most days. I finally carved out the time for this one tonight and it was heavenly. Thank you, Adriene. 🙏
That said, Adriene has had a huge impact on my life ever since I first heard her say "A little goes a long way." This was a new concept to me, that even if you only put aside a few minutes every day for yoga, it can have a huge rippling effect. I used to be of the mindset that if I can't do at least 25-30 minutes it's a waste of time and not worth doing. Adriene made me realize this is wrong and I am so grateful. I guess I just wanted to let people know that yoga can change your life even if you only have a few minutes a day. Even 5 minutes matters. Just remembering to breathe matters! Thank you so much again. Adriene, for all that you do and for being you and leading so many people to a life of healing and hope. Namaste.

I am very thankful I found YWA 28 months ago. My life is so much better since I started doing daily yoga on Day 0 of HOME. I appreciate your guidance, gentleness, and mindful compassion Adriene.
I have been meditating daily for 45 years, enjoy doing it more often through your practices.
I do find sometimes thinking that it might be difficult for beginners to focus intentionally on breath when listening to a lot of information coming from you. I experience some times, like with this video, a bit of frustration.
The information. That you give is wonderful and important, yet many times is redundant and so much is coming out of you that there is not enough space to focus on breath and sensations. I hope you take this as a word of help. Will keep followings on UA-cam and as a member of YWA

Did this practice with ear buds in on noise canceling mode, since my roommates were getting ready to go to a game at the beginning (and the living room is really the only comfortable place to do yoga in my place). It ended up being a surprising benefit because it amplified my breath in my ears, and in the beginning, sitting and doing ujjayi breath, my world filled with the ocean of my spirit. It was so calming. Reminded me of the bee breath I learned in a new video just earlier this week :) awesome!

I am from Turkey and live in New Jersey. Came to Turkey to visit my family in March and right after I came, all of our borders closed. As of today I am still in Turkey... Has been lot of curfews, other challenges since then as the whole world knows...
Luckily, I have found you end of April and have been doing your yoga classes since then. Finished “Home 30 day” and today “June:Courage”. I just wanted to say thank you so much for putting these together for us. Your videos are something I am looking forward to do everyday. I work from home, and able to do your videos on my lunches!
Today, For some reason, I felt like the world was collapsing on me. And after doing this video, I started crying and now I feel much lighter and much more peaceful. Thank you Adriene! You are such a free spirit. Love your energy.
And of course love love Benji !!

Caught covid for the first time in 2 years this week (surprised it took til now as I work as a full time healthcare professional). The last day or two I've managed to get out of bed and I've been so sore and achy in my back. I returned to yoga today, and this practise didn't take away all of the pain but I am stunned by how much it did.
    Thank you Adriene 😊

Thank you, Adriene. This might have been one of the nicest yoga sessions of my entire life. I was feeling absolutely rubbish today and felt like this might be the end. Today was so, so hard. Somehow I gained a little bit of energy after having dinner and decided to do this session. It was hard to find peace, but in some moments I felt better. And I guess that is what counts. Thank you for your calming voice and this video, which almost seemed like it was made for me today. It's priceless

Stress and tension are things that build up over time and I don't get the chance to try and relieve them, this practise helped, I'll admit that at the beginning sitting on the pillows, straight back and breathing, my back was crying out to stop and I have a strong back, by the end though, my back and shoulders were relieved not totally but better than before and this is after waking up, great to see Benji absolutely crashed out during Adriene's practise. Thanks Adriene :)

I just found this channel and it has saved my life. I suffer with chronic pain everyday of the rest of my life. Which has not been easy. Being able to listen to someone who just really gets relaxation and the importance of taking a breath is amazing. My tension was gone. My pain decreased. And you made me feel like I did something right today. I pushed forward and made the decision to do something about it. Hearing someone say they are proud of you for something feels unbelievable. I tried to hold back tears at the end but decided to let it out. Thank you for everything you do for people.

For me this is a slow mindful meditating practice. A couple of cushions under my bum was super beneficial for my arthritis pain allowing me to relax into the moment without tension in my legs, well worth doing. The Ujjayi breathing helped me focus on the breath too. Feeling extremely calm coming off my mat this morning, I quite forgot what I intended doing next, 😂 senior moment ! 🤗 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️🙏💕
