    What I appreciate about her workout is the minimal jumping involved. On some days, you just want to feel the burn in your muscles without too much impact. This makes it ideal for beginners who might not yet have the strength to handle high-impact exercises. Low-impact workouts like this allow you to ease into fitness. The emphasis on strength and high repetitions ensures that you're building muscle and getting a good cardio workout, which is excellent for long-term weight management.
