I've made this not everyday but maybe 4/5 times a week + the 5mn abs everyday + the miley cyrus legs work out 3 times a week + the slim calves everyday + how to lose fat arms exercise 4/5 times a week as well, I've been on a really strict diet most of the days (sometimes I went to restaurant with friends), now it's BEEN 6 MONTHS and I've lost 13,2 POUNDS (6kg). My trousers are beginning to feel a bit too large for me and I'm much more thiner ! All my friends noticed and so did my family. I'm so happy I've managed to become a healthier person :) To all the people struggling with work outs in general, KEEP DOING IT, you'll see results and you'll feel way better !! Good luck 🍀
hey, no pb ! :) I've never eaten in the morning, so I used to eat a medium portion of rice or quinoa with just a bit of extra virgin oil for lunch with a fruit as a dessert, then at around 4 pm eventually I ate an apple and in the evening vegetables with meat or fish or eggs depending on what I had in the fridge. It made wonders, I'm still working out with this diet and I've lost 10kg ! :) don't give up it works ! good luck 🍀
+Ana Super yeah sure :) so before law school I wasn't organized at all but because it's so hard I have no choice if I want to succeed ! So what I did to find times to work out was this : I took a paper and I wrote my COMPLETE schedule of the day, including my morning routine, my lessons, the time I need to study, then when I will eat in the evening, when I shower... etc. Then I realized that I could actually free 20mn per day to work out, I do it when I'm done studying in the evening and before I eat :) it's up to you to adapt it depending on how you live, for example I'm not at all a morning person so it's impossible for me to get up early and work out, so I managed to work out in the evening ;) good luck
I did it all (with modified jacks and burpees due to knees). I am currently over 200 lbs and can do this. Don't think you're too fat to do this! Just do your pace and strive to do it better each time! This is tough but fun and no equipment needed. My heart is racing and I'm SWEATY!! THANK YOU, Rebecca Louise!!!
xocinthya I only did it once so far. I have been walking 3 miles a day for the last week and a half, though, and have lost about 3-4 lbs so far. I am sure that the workout in this video would give similar results, it has just been really nice out where I live so I switched to walking! Lol. :)

I also do the 10 mins abs workout, I think it's almost around 2 months now. Since all I can remember that I've started this workout and eat clean (literally xD) in sometime October this year. Do I eat healthy? Lol, not really but I reduced my meals like 80% than before. It depends on anybody's body reaction tho but one tip for you, 30% depends on your food/meals everyday and 70% depends on how you do the exercise/workout. But for now, I only do the 10 mins abs workout, since I usually came home from work quite late so yeah.. I did't want to push myself if I'm too tired. xD good luck then! And last year, I managed to lose 9kgs for 3 months, but I do exercises every single day. But now, since I got married and such, I do workout alternately or if you don't feel like doing it, too tired, maybe you can just reduce your meal through out the day. But once you see the results, it's really worth it though.

drinking 10 cups of water per day .. sleep about 7 to 8 hours ..stay away from candy and sweets and fast food and colas .. do your exercices .. stay positive = perfect body to wear beautiful dresses in summer ( this is my goal ) :)

I lost 5 kgs after doing this and some other XHIT videos (like the 10 min. Ab workout and the no more muffin top) in just 11 days and I'm so happy!!! if you want to do the same thing i'm currently doing, just eat either veggies, chicken or salmon for and lunch / dinner and granola, yogurt with honey, egg whites or sweet potato for bfast. I highly suggest NO carbs, fried food or food with salt. Just boiled or steamed.
Oh how I hate squat jumps... But I'm working out almost month now. One day I do this+ Victoria's sevrets butt workout+ 9 excercises for flat stomach, the other day I do Miley Cirus legs workout + 10 minutes abs workout. I'm trying to eat healthy as well but I'm in HS and my parents want me to eat in school canteen. It goes slowly but I see some changes in these three weeks. I'm starting to feel better about my body.
I'm 14 and not very body confident. I've started doing the butt, leg, stomach and my own arm exercises and I feel great. I'm trying to keep up this routine.

For those burpees, at first I wasn't able to do the burpees. Then I really tried and pushed and I can do them now. Then I added the push up and I can do them! This works and helps. Thank you!

Burcin Baylan It did! The first week was pretty tough, I had many breaks and I couldn't follow her rhythm. But then step by step I started "enjoying" it. Of course, as a lazy person, I made a lot of breaks between weeks but I saw some difference. I lost weight, and even when I didn't work out, I didn't gain weight by eating lol. I saw a difference in my stomach, arms and butt. But I gotta admit that I did other workouts too, such as the "thigh gap workout" or the ballerina collection, wish I recommend so far! Yes! This workout is brilliant! Before I could never get through it but now I smash through this workout like a boss! :) Eating oatmeal with sliced fruits 1 and 1/2 hour before doing this workout really helps me get through it! Before I would eat left over dinners or sugary crap and I would literally knock out half way through.. doing this workout plus healthy eating choices makes all the difference!
i did this workout in 2018 and still doing it in 2020 🤩 i lost 18 pounds that summer because i was consistent, did it 4x a week and ate suuuuuper well. i’m still at the same weight when i first lost it and feel amazing. i also added in the thigh workout 2x a week! guys it WORKS just keep being consistent with it!! ☺️❤️
I did it with modifications, only being my second time doing this particular workout. But I am red, sweaty, and out of breath. Ready to lose all this extra baby weight I gained during pregnancy!! i've been doing victoria secret's legs, abs and 9 exercises for flat stomach for a week, it's been only seven days but i can feel my thighs getting slimmer and they're not as jiggly as they used to be, as well as my calves. my stomach got a bit flatter and i just started cardio work out. i used to watch and work with rebecca few moinths ago, she's such a great trainer and such a motivation. even if i want to give up, she has her ways to keep me going. i'm just 5 minutes on this video and i'm already sweeeeating! but basically, even though at first, my muscles hurt af and i barely walk, i feel so good after xhit workouts.

Granted I only did it everyday for 5 days but if you do this workout for a whole month, I bet it would really get you into shape! I've been doing this for just over a month combined with some other xhit exercises and eating healthily and I have definitely seen results. I'd been doing weights and toning exercises and they had been giving me muscles but my flabby areas weren't changing, now I'm a lot leaner all over my body. I definitely recommend this to anyone trying to lose weight!

I'm going through this and "Miley Cyrus Legs Workout" video everyday. It's been a week, and I can feel that I'm improving because everyday It gets easier for me to go through the videos with no pausing, unlike the first day where I paused every now and then, feeling so dizzy and feel like throwing up. I still sweat a lot and feel like dying when it ends, but I know that I'm getting better little by little. I'm planning to go through this routine for a month first of all, and see the changes. and If I can see the changes, I'm gonna go on with this until I get a thigh gap (It's JUST to please myself, so don't get all on this haha) I will reply to my own comment after a month and tell you guys what it did to me. :)

My Love handles were getting smaller. My stomach was much flatter. I believe I've lost 8 pounds. I probably would have lose more if I ate much more healthier lol.

I also do the 10 mins abs workout, I think it's almost around 2 months now. Since all I can remember that I've started this workout and eat clean (literally xD) in sometime October this year. Do I eat healthy? Lol, not really but I reduced my meals like 80% than before. It depends on anybody's body reaction tho but one tip for you, 30% depends on your food/meals everyday and 70% depends on how you do the exercise/workout. But for now, I only do the 10 mins abs workout, since I usually came home from work quite late so yeah.. I did't want to push myself if I'm too tired. xD good luck then! And last year, I managed to lose 9kgs for 3 months, but I do exercises every single day. But now, since I got married and such, I do workout alternately or if you don't feel like doing it, too tired, maybe you can just reduce your meal through out the day. But once you see the results, it's really worth it though.

I lost 5 kgs after doing this and some other XHIT videos (like the 10 min. Ab workout and the no more muffin top) in just 11 days and I'm so happy!!! if you want to do the same thing i'm currently doing, just eat either veggies, chicken or salmon for and lunch / dinner and granola, yogurt with honey, egg whites or sweet potato for bfast. I highly suggest NO carbs, fried food or food with salt. Just boiled or steamed.

Oh how I hate squat jumps... But I'm working out almost month now. One day I do this+ Victoria's sevrets butt workout+ 9 excercises for flat stomach, the other day I do Miley Cirus legs workout + 10 minutes abs workout. I'm trying to eat healthy as well but I'm in HS and my parents want me to eat in school canteen. It goes slowly but I see some changes in these three weeks. I'm starting to feel better about my body.

I'm 14 and not very body confident. I've started doing the butt, leg, stomach and my own arm exercises and I feel great. I'm trying to keep up this routine.
And also tips for other people. Have a piece of clothes or whatever to keep you motivated. Like for example, I want to fit into this crop top and feel confident with showing my stomach also I want to lose weight on my hips because it really brings my self confidence down

For those burpees, at first I wasn't able to do the burpees. Then I really tried and pushed and I can do them now. Then I added the push up and I can do them! This works and helps. Thank you!

Burcin Baylan It did! The first week was pretty tough, I had many breaks and I couldn't follow her rhythm. But then step by step I started "enjoying" it. Of course, as a lazy person, I made a lot of breaks between weeks but I saw some difference. I lost weight, and even when I didn't work out, I didn't gain weight by eating lol. I saw a difference in my stomach, arms and butt. But I gotta admit that I did other workouts too, such as the "thigh gap workout" or the ballerina collection, wish I recommend so far! I hope my answer did help you ;) I'm still motivated so I'll keep you all informed. x

Yes! This workout is brilliant! Before I could never get through it but now I smash through this workout like a boss! :) Eating oatmeal with sliced fruits 1 and 1/2 hour before doing this workout really helps me get through it! Before I would eat left over dinners or sugary crap and I would literally knock out half way through.. doing this workout plus healthy eating choices makes all the difference!
i did this workout in 2018 and still doing it in 2020 🤩 i lost 18 pounds that summer because i was consistent, did it 4x a week and ate suuuuuper well. i’m still at the same weight when i first lost it and feel amazing. i also added in the thigh workout 2x a week! guys it WORKS just keep being consistent with it!! ☺️❤️
I did it with modifications, only being my second time doing this particular workout. But I am red, sweaty, and out of breath. Ready to lose all this extra baby weight I gained during pregnancy!! My little 7 month old loves it when I do anything with jumping. She giggles so much at me!! lol. All I can do it laugh right back at her.

i've been doing victoria secret's legs, abs and 9 exercises for flat stomach for a week, it's been only seven days but i can feel my thighs getting slimmer and they're not as jiggly as they used to be, as well as my calves. my stomach got a bit flatter and i just started cardio work out. i used to watch and work with rebecca few moinths ago, she's such a great trainer and such a motivation. even if i want to give up, she has her ways to keep me going. i'm just 5 minutes on this video and i'm already sweeeeating! but basically, even though at first, my muscles hurt af and i barely walk, i feel so good after xhit workouts.

XHIT is the best. It really helps me that the workouts aren't too long but are still very effective. I do at least two XHIT workouts everyday.

When she said "give me a good kick" I was so motivated so I literally said "that's gonna be the best kick you have ever seen!"
I did it all... well nearly. This is a serious kick-your-butt workout! Rebecca-Louise is a beast!!! This workout really got me into shape. Granted I only did it everyday for 5 days but if you do this workout for a whole month, I bet it would really get you into shape! I've been doing this for just over a month combined with some other xhit exercises and eating healthily and I have definitely seen results. I'd been doing weights and toning exercises and they had been giving me muscles but my flabby areas weren't changing, now I'm a lot leaner all over my body. I'm going through this and "Miley Cyrus Legs Workout" video everyday.
It's been a week, and I can feel that I'm improving because everyday It gets easier for me to go through the videos with no pausing,
unlike the first day where I paused every now and then, feeling so dizzy and feel like throwing up. I still sweat a lot and feel like dying when it ends,
but I know that I'm getting better little by little. I'm planning to go through this routine for a month first of all, and see the changes.
and If I can see the changes, I'm gonna go on with this until I get a thigh gap (It's JUST to please myself, so don't get all on this haha)

But I did the cardio workout for only 1x a week but I tried to do the Flat Stomach everyday along with other challenges and trust me I've noticed a big difference. My Love handles were getting smaller. My stomach was much flatter. I believe I've lost 8 pounds. I probably would have lose more if I ate much more healthier lol.
I really enjoyed that and really a feeling the sweat. Xhit is really motivating me to continue with my exercise regime which is helping me loose the weight i've been told to loose by my doctor.
