Rave7wist Yea that guy is a beast. In an earlier video, when Omar Isuf was in LA, they showed him dead-lifting with 7 plates on both sides (over 700 lbs w/o a belt on) like it was nothing.
just look up a simple bmr calculator and split up the macros yourself. it varies from person to person but the cookie cutter macro ratios are 40% carb, 40% protein, and 20% fat. carbs are four calories a gram and so is protein. fat is 9 calories a gram so with that in mind, just calculate it yourself. I personally go 50% carb, 30% protein and 20% fat roughly. if the calorie count from the bmr count is not producing the results you want then plus or minus 100-200 calories and recalculate macros based on what results you're going for.

If you are just dropping the lift after you lift it. It going to hurt your progress Then help. It is a little bit of both worlds. There is a in between. Lift and explode, but control the weight back down instead of just dropping it
