Every video you do just hits every nail! Thank you so much for literally pulling everything apart and explaining every layer. I absolutely love hearing things from you and I smile, laugh and agree whilst cooking dinner lol! Being free (although lots of court crap that comes with the territory) for over 3 years has seen me become a stronger, financially stable and emotionally stable woman now in her 50s. I love your work and I also love the kick ass girl you are! Thank you for sharing your innermost feelings with a crowd of strangers. That, my angel, is just fabulous and shows that we can do this!!! xxx

      Oh that's awesome Dawn.
      Great job.
I can certainly relate through that court process trauma w exe n the monkey zoo of infiltration small town psychopath. ..
Back in a day over 4 yrs ago, to where I am now.
From nothing including to surviving death...
      To rebuilding everything.
In this incredible way, I become some what of an expert in prepping victim survivors for n thru court.
Doing things so different so we can expose the cracks n get our children and fair equitable asset division
We're not taught this by agencies or coaches
In fact, we're so misdirected ,... Sadly by so many DV resource centers.
Because of the caliber of my survival and what I dealt w in judication, I actually fit perfectly into the needed niche of showing victims more strategy n stability.
How what when and where strategy, instead of the court process abusing n destroying victims further.
      Congrats again on ur Badassery!!!

@@forensicbadassprofiling oh I absolutely love that reply!!! Thank you so much! I've come so far and I believe the truth will out! I've left the rubbish behind but like you, a near death experience opened my eyes to the veil I was unwilling to lift. It took all my strength and being to walk away with nothing. However, I took my disabled son with me, so now I have everything. I love and protect all those who have stood with me through this crap! It's enlightening to feel such a burden released! I'm finding, sadly, that we are not alone with these lessons. But I can see a pretty red flag within a 100 miles lol and with Caroline and a few other incredible people I can now not only lift the veil but I bloody well burnt it!!! Love and hugs 💖💕💖

    Hi Carolyn.
I always have this little totem I carry in my pocket to remind me of the weak dynamic in my codependency,...
THAT NARCISSISTS NEVER CHANGE NO MATTER WHAT WE SAY, FEEL, DO, ASK....
THEY NEVER ACCEPT OWNERSHIP OR ACCOUNTABILITY.
There's no point to JADE ourselves w difficult toxic people.Knowing these difficult toxic people CAN'T CHANGE.
if I JADE, it's what they want.
Its fuel to them when we keep engaging in JADE w difficult toxic people.
JADE is an acronym I use for Justify, Argue, Defend, or Explain myself.
After 4 years of disciplined daily recovery, I am no longer affected by a toxic individuals confusing behavior.
When you see their pattern of difficult toxic, you know immediately... NO JADE.
    I don't JADE anymore.
Because what I noticed time and time again is
THE BIGGEST WEAPON IS BEING INDIFFERENT.
AN UNFAILING WEAPON TO KEEP YOU SAFE THAT YOU NEVER HAVE TO AIM OR SHOOT.
By Not paying attention to them . trying to disregulate you.
    Not engaging.
    No JADE.
By this method, the cracks will crumble in the toxic, aggressive, secretive, and manipulative person.
And that terrifies them that you pay no attention. They don't phase you.
They can't get a reaction or care from you. .
It takes time to learn this skill, because prolonged exposure to complex PTSD, is a major physical bodily response that affects your decisions and your emotions when dealing with this type of individual.
If I can do it, girl.... Anyone can do it. And that's when you know you're a repellent to them so your healing the physical complexity of PTSD goes much smoother.
    Big hugs n thanks girl.
We survivors are Rock Stars who know one another as more healthy family banded together by trauma and our recovery triumphs.
We sing the songs of praise, encouragement, and authenticity using healthy communication thru education.

I'm trying to break up with a nac boyfriend atm. I've told him my daughter is staying with me so he doesn't come round to my house harassing me. I've no friends because of him and completely alone. But feel better with him out of my life. Please send me any links. Thank you
