Key phrases to help disarm a narcissist:
“ ...“I Can't Control How You Feel About Me” ...
    “I Hear What You're Saying” ...
“I'm Sorry You Feel That Way” ...
    “Everything Is Okay” ...
“We Both Have a Right to Our Own Opinions” ...
“I Can Accept How You Feel” ...
“I Don't Like How You're Speaking to Me so I Will not Engage”

I have struggled with C-PTSD, since childhood, stemming from neglect and other traumatic stuff. I was married to a narcissist for 27 years (a rockstar's lifetime). He divorced me, and took everything, when I became too ill to serve him, any longer. While trying to pick up the pieces of my shattered life, I became very close with an internet friend who was trying to help me. My own children turned against me. They won't even talk to me, for over 7 years, now. My internet friend is still with me, and we've had many adventures together.
On 1/23/19, I was in a horrific car accident. I celebrate my Phoenix day. The day that I died, then survived. That was 4 years ago. I have a significant TBI, and my jaw was smashed, in the car accident. I want to share my story, but am afraid that I will be judged harshly for my experiences and life choices. What say you?

thank you. I really needed to hear this right now. I've been beating myself up because i havent really been able to be motivated yet this year. I've also considered taking your certification course so i'd love more info on that.

How do I stop being affected by a narcissist?
The best way to deal with a narcissist is to be in complete control of your emotions - far easier said than done but it can be done. Give your emotional intelligence a quick look over and figure out how to use that to control yourself. The most important trick to disarming the narcissist is to control your emotions✨☘️🙏

i wouldnt make a habit of watching these types videos.reason,,it really doesnt help much once u have seen a few of them.all u will be doing is staying in a victim state.maybe its just me but the biggest problem is not with the narcist, its the person who decides to be with a person like that.i understand this seems a bit harsh but we have to except responsibility for our own bad decisions in life.if we cant do that we never change.these videos keep people in a victim state rather than taking responsibility.
