Thank you for this comment I’m like a 5’6 20 year old female. And barley today in the morning I saw a video that sent chills down my spine. It was a group of girls at a restaurant bar thing and they were being threatened by a tall muscular guy. And when I tell you no one stopped him 💀 this man went to his car after telling them he was going to kill them and pulled a gun out. Thankfully nobody was hurt , but the fact that they were so defensive less scared me. I was looking to get a gun , but pepper spray works perfectly fine.
Thanks for the video. Wife isn't allowed to carry in her work so between car and work walking literally the worst time she has nata. Now she has the Sabre until can get to cannon in car
Good job, you went to a lot of trouble to make this, thank you. From what I have found out, the cop top, or the flip top is far better than the top you move sideways and then press down, that is not nearly as safe as the cop top for a couple of reasons. One, it can't go off in your pocket and it is far easier to carry and use in a stressful situation. that sprayer that you need to slide sideways needs to be pushed down in the center, not on that little tab that sticks out and a lot of people have gotten into trouble with that not working the first time they try its The cop top always works and that alone should be enough of a reason to only trust that one, even though it bigger, carry it because it will work far better when you get in a fight. Just because those little ones are easier to carry, ask yourself what you would want in your hand if you got in a fight with two or three guys. Get the one that flips up, not sideways. You don't want to learn the hard way do you about how slowly that sideways one works, or how little comes out, or what that pepper spray feels like after it leaks out in your pocket after it accidentally turning sideways in your pocket. Fox 5.3 pepper spray is the best.
NOTE.. the pepper sprays that come with a holster you can turn the pepper spray sideways and leave it in the holster you can actually actuate it from inside the holster.. you don't have to remove the whole can from the holster
if you have hand mobility issues i wouldn't recommend the smallest one like you did i would recommend the biggest one if the springs are not very strong
sweet I need to add this to my EDC. one of those spray guns. sometimes, I dont need to fatally harm a threat I can use common sense. and use one of these.
After doing some research, it appears that the Kimber pepper blaster 2 has the highest and lowest storage temperatures out of all of these. Probably the best to leave in the car during winter and summer. Correct me if I'm wrong.
This is late - but the kimber pepper spray has blinded people. It would be a great option if this were not the case. You may as well use a gun instead.
Unless they changed it the Kimber pepper blaster 2 uses a small percussion cap as propellant instead of gas. I would be more worried about the heat breaking down the chemicals or melting the seals or plastic and the cold freezing the chemicals. It shouldn't fail by bursting like gas propelled spray.
The Mace brand jogger model that you demonstrate is the same as the mace pepper guard just comes without the strap also it contains the same canister that's inside the police model..10% PEPPER OC just a smaller unit than the police model on the outside. Mace pepper guard or the jogger model STREAM now comes in a stronger 1.4% capsicinoids.. one of the most potent formulas on the market.. back in the mid-90s I was attacked by a customer's German Shepherd trained attack dog. Three sprays of Mace pepper guard.. and 5 seconds later the dog went down rubbing its eyes with its paw allowing me to escape
I am a bad aimer, so I would've preferred the spray to be like the small ones (black and pink tubes), but with a longer distance, but I don't think there's one that can remain small and do both. But anyways, this helped me in my ongoing research of looking for the right pepper spray, that's not jacked up or fake or reviewed by their own companies.
I carry mace pepper guard flip top with tear gas...mixed .. it's exactly the size of the pink one with the carry strap but it's black plastic... You can hit 10 to 12 ft with it and if the OC doesn't work the tear gas will!
The only thing missing or you can improve on for these video is have it on you and a timer on screen to see how long on it take for you to get it out and use it .
