6/4/24 I'm back Jules. I love this workout actually I love all of your workouts. Jiving music touches our soul and gets us moving. Thank you for another day of energy and happiness. You are our dancing psychologist working our brains with great music down to our toes and making us feel better. I don't know why people spend so much money for someone to help them be happy when all they need is JULES the dance teacher.
Love your workouts. I'm 67 Type 1 diabetic and just recommended your workouts to my 92 year old mother-in-law. She loves them. Any age can do at their own pace. 😊

A beautifully judged workout - this is the first time I've done it and although my legs know all about it, they don't feel destroyed and I still got my daily fix of cardio. I totally endorse Gail's comments below. Thanks, Jules.
I’m always looking for leg workouts that are not boring. Squats are my thing and I loved the break up with other moves that were also involving arms. A winner for me and looking forward to more ❤
It's rare when I have someone saying they love leg workouts...I'm with you on that one, Robyn! The stronger our legs, the faster our metabolism becomes.
I think this was our first time for this one, and we haven’t done an intermediate one in a long time. You weren’t kidding….this was a leg workout….a good one! There was also a bit of a cognitive challenge with some of these moves, too, but that’s always a good thing. We enjoyed this one, Julie! Thanks!!

Absolutely! As I ride my bike most days, I often think of how grateful I am that my legs can move me to be able to enjoy each ride. We never know what tomorrow will bring.

You made Mondays fun! This is a holiday weekend in America, so it was a workout simply making time TO workout -- punctuating your ending quote. I actually rewound the video to take a photo of "On days when it's hard to exercise, 'I love myself enough to exercise' " and texted it to a few others who would be inclined to go into sloth mode today. Beautiful flowers, hope they are for a special occasion.
I'm so glad you enjoyed that quote...I felt it was very meaningful as well. The flowers were for my daughter's grade 6 graduation (from her thoughtful 22 year old cousin).
After months of trying different workout videos that weren't for me, I finally found yours. 5 weeks later I'm fitter, healthier & a lot less jiggly 😁 Thank you so much Jules 😊

I also want to thank you for your videos. I'm recovering from an injury and it's taken a very long time to get to the point that I'm at health wise. The videos are helping me to get back on track and the movements help me to gain strength. You always have a smile and a pleasantness about you. I truly appreciate all that you do! I've started with the 10 minute routines and today I was able to to a 20 minute one. I am ever so happy about this. I just can't wait to move on to more challenging to me routines! I echo many of the comments below. I also wanted to say thank you for the time you put into the aesthetics of your background wall- I noticed the beautiful 💐 also. My all time fav move is the hamstring curl with tri-cep kick backs.............but watch out the stomp is a close 2nd 😆
AMMMMAZING ABSOLUTELY LOOOOOOOVED IT. The music perfect. The moves very very perfect. Much prefer that type of lunge lol.....this will be a repeater for me. I was wanting more for legs and day 1 strength is legs so worked out so well. Just love this. You really do spoil us❤❤❤❤❤

I loveeeee your videos. THANK YOU!!! In 2018 I was diagnosed with an autoimmune chronic disease. The diagnostic and the medication put me on the couch. I lost balance, flexibility... I enrolled in November to a personal trainer online that introduced me to your videos. Between the music, the short encourage messages, the tips to do difficult moves (lounges, squats, planks, whatever), the timer, the rhythm, your smile, your gratitude moves at the end... OMG, Yes, Thanks God I had recuperated what was lost and in some cases even more. My body shape has not change (YET), but I had learned to persevere, has more discipline, and ENJOY EXERCIZE (that I hated before). I feel healthy! Thanks!

OMG, Yes, Thanks God I had recuperated what was lost and in some cases even more. My body shape has not change (YET), but I had learned to persevere, has more discipline, and ENJOY EXERCIZE (that I hated before). I feel healthy! Thanks!
