Found this video while searching for simple, low-impact exercises. I am overweight due to various health factors, not the least of which includes a hip injury that limits my mobility. Surprsingly, difficult to find easy cardio at home lesson, that is doable for seniors, beginners, and people in general who need something at a much slower pace to ease into getting into fitness. Wish my mom was more motivated (she's fine with weights but refuses to do full body workouts with me, even the easier ones) but glad I found this channel for her.

I dont know what, i have tried so many other workouts but in this workout i was able to burn the most calories amongst all 20 minutes workout series i have tried. no jumping and bending and so easy physically. I am so liking it. Thanks a lot ❤
I always add it when I can. Sometimes I mess up when I'm recording, and then forget to look at my watch and write the step count down before I start the new recording. So much for me to remember to do as I'm recording the videos.

Due to some major life events, I became quite physically inactive in recent months and was starting to really feel my age. I found this routine to be just the thing to get back on track physically. I love that there is no push-ups or flexibility tests, just moving. Thank You!❤

I'm so glad to read that you recognize how much better you felt after exercising. I exercised throughout both of my pregnancies and I definitely always felt better after doing so. I'm almost 71 and have become diabetic. Always a busy person but haven't had a daily regime for excercise. I'm on board now, this will get me going. I don't have the stamina for using the equipment I have, but I can do this! I don't need to lose weight but need to gain muscle!

I dont know what, i have tried so many other workouts but in this workout i was able to burn the most calories amongst all 20 minutes workout series i have tried. no jumping and bending and so easy physically. I am so liking it.

Due to some major life events, I became quite physically inactive in recent months and was starting to really feel my age. I found this routine to be just the thing to get back on track physically. I love that there is no push-ups or flexibility tests, just moving. Thank You!❤

I'm so glad to read that you recognize how much better you felt after exercising. I exercised throughout both of my pregnancies and I definitely always felt better after doing so. Just keep your heart rate lower than you normally would during a workout. Your body and mind will definitely be happier:) Congrats on your pregnancy!

I'm almost 71 and have become diabetic. Always a busy person but haven't had a daily regime for excercise. I'm on board now, this will get me going. I don't have the stamina for using the equipment I have, but I can do this! I don't need to lose weight but need to gain muscle!

Hiii!!! I'm 17 and have been doing pilates for over a year now, so I'm not quite a begginer or a senior just yet. But!!! I always incorporate this entire workout vid in my routine. I find that it helps get my energy up .... keep up the great work!!!
