      I am so happy for you to be taking your health seriously! You're at a great age to start and I think you'll see progress quickly. Just to help you out, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize all of the workouts into the playlists. My suggestion is to try to get into the habit of exercising every day. If you have days where you're exhausted, choose a gentle workout, and if you have more energy, choose a beginner level workout. I'd love to hear your progress as you continue if you wish to share it!

    I hope you know that seniors and "beginners" are not the only groups that benefited from your workouts, Jules! I incorporate your workouts with my regular pilates and yoga exercise as well as during my rest days. Your workouts have saved me from having the "all or nothing" mentality! Your channel is the gift that keeps on giving!

      You definitely don't need to be a senior to use these workouts. My intermediate level workouts are the same level of intensity as most of the walking workouts you'll find on YT.     Found this video while searching for simple, low-impact exercises. I am overweight due to various health factors, not the least of which includes a hip injury that limits my mobility. Found these exercises to be light enough that I could follow along without pain, but active enough to get me sweating! Will definitely come back for more on my road to better health. Thank you!

    Surprsingly, difficult to find easy cardio at home lesson, that is doable for seniors, beginners, and people in general who need something at a much slower pace to ease into getting into fitness. Wish my mom was more motivated (she's fine with weights but refuses to do full body workouts with me, even the easier ones) but glad I found this channel for her.

    Love this! I am close to 65. Always worked out from younger days, High school, the Flashdance workouts in my 20 & 30, then more easier in 40 & 50's. This I can do and enjoy! I can't handle the hard workouts anymore, but love this. Thank-you!

    I dont know what, i have tried so many other workouts but in this workout i was able to burn the most calories amongst all 20 minutes workout series i have tried. no jumping and bending and so easy physically. I am so liking it.

      I always add it when I can. Sometimes I mess up when I'm recording, and then forget to look at my watch and write the step count down before I start the new recording. So much for me to remember to do as I'm recording the videos.

    Thanks for making this video. It's fun, easy and yet it still makes me feel like I got a work out in. I have 3 bulging discs in my lower back and I am not able to do all the activities and exercises that I use to, so this video is perfect. I've been able to add this to walking. Thanks again.

      I'm so glad to read that you recognize how much better you felt after exercising. I exercised throughout both of my pregnancies and I definitely always felt better after doing so. Just keep your heart rate lower than you normally would during a workout. Your body and mind will definitely be happier:) Congrats on your pregnancy!

    I'm almost 71 and have become diabetic. Always a busy person but haven't had a daily regime for excercise. I'm on board now, this will get me going. I don't have the stamina for using the equipment I have, but I can do this! I don't need to lose weight but need to gain muscle!

    Hiii!!! I'm 17 and have been doing pilates for over a year now, so I'm not quite a begginer or a senior just yet. But!!! I always incorporate this entire workout vid in my routine. I find that it helps get my energy up .... keep up the great work!!!

    I'm 58 and am just getting back into real exercise. I love this workout because you can adjust it up or keep it the same. And you remember muscles that are sometimes neglected. I'm a fan!

    Thank you for these wonderful workouts ❤ I work as a nurse at our local hospital. I especially love the 10 to 20 minute workouts I feel I have enough time in the morning to do one of those exercises before going to work for 12 hours.

    I hope to join you in doing these exercises. I'm proud to say I'm 71. Nevertheless I've been doing high aerobics and need to start on low aerobics, due to strain on my body. Have been watching low impact cardio exercising, and this is the one I vote for. See you soon.🎉😂😅
