Out this world. absolutely love intervals..... Sweaty, felt great and fit.. I kept fast pace for 30 seconds.. Its so doable. Off do day 1 strength and hubby and i did 6 mile walk this morning... This is wedding weeek so i want feel good in my frock😂😂

I stuck with you and the music all the way through. However, I found the workout, in my opinion and my opinion only, can be described by one word BORING. Nice Music go with a good beat. And of course I have many many other options to choose from on your channel. So overall, despite my “complaint” thank you.😗
Thanks for your feedback, Cynthia. With this type of workout, it's pretty difficult to put in other moves because the point is to go as fast as you can by walking, jogging or running. It's not everyone's cup of tea and that's why not every workout works for everyone. We all like different things:)
This one is mostly walking & jogging...if you want one with more variety, hopefully you might enjoy the 30, 20, 10 workout. It gives the same benefits, but with more variety in the moves.
The purpose of this type of workout is to improve on the walking and/or jogging pace. It's not for everyone but that's why I offer variety with workouts so you have choices:)

Thanks Jules for helping me go from pre diabetic to normal blood sugar in three months. My husband and I were both surprised to be told we were pre diabetic after already losing weight. After being threatened with medication by our doctor, I began exercising to your videos once or twice a day, and my husband sporadically. I lost 10 pounds in three months and found that I was no longer pre diabetic and lost another four lbs in the fourth month. My husband, whose blood sugar was not as abnormal as mine, is also no longer pre diabetic. To show my gratitude, I made a video of me working out to your videos. I may not always look the way you do when you exercise, but I am moving and that's important. The music was changed to avoid any copyright issues. This is a daily struggle for both of us as we are not athletic people. Starting out with your easier videos and working up to the intervals has been an achievement. The first 7 intervals are easier now, then second 7 intervals are not too much of a slog, the last 4 intervals are still kinda grunt-work, but I make all 18 intervals now. And you, you're such a comedienne, with that comment about "if you don't need the 45-second slow down, continue with the 15 second intervals"...yeah, that makes me laugh...both times!

I pay for two music subscriptions to use legally on YT and 'So Long' is by 'Power Music'. It's designed to be used by fitness professionals who pay to be able to use their songs.
Made some adjustments, getting back into a regimen after a longish-break. Babying my right arm...substituted front raises for lateral raises. Looks like I missed this one when you first posted it. Thanks for pointing it out to me. :)
Nice beat easy to follow with the clock but too many intervals walking in one place for me I felt I needed to move around as I was getting tight in my legs and back
I wanted to make one with simple walking/jogging intervals but it can seem repetitive depending on what you enjoy. All of my other interval/hiit workouts have more variety so hopefully you'll enjoy the other ones:)

The first 7 intervals are easier now, then second 7 intervals are not too much of a slog, the last 4 intervals are still kinda grunt-work, but I make all 18 intervals now. And you, you're such a comedienne, with that comment about "if you don't need the 45-second slow down, continue with the 15 second intervals"...yeah, that makes me laugh...both times!

I pay for two music subscriptions to use legally on YT and 'So Long' is by 'Power Music'. It's designed to be used by fitness professionals who pay to be able to use their songs.
Made some adjustments, getting back into a regimen after a longish-break. Babying my right arm...substituted front raises for lateral raises. Looks like I missed this one when you first posted it. Thanks for pointing it out to me. :)

Nice beat easy to follow with the clock but too many intervals walking in one place for me I felt I needed to move around as I was getting tight in my legs and back
I wanted to make one with simple walking/jogging intervals but it can seem repetitive depending on what you enjoy. All of my other interval/hiit workouts have more variety so hopefully you'll enjoy the other ones:)
