Ive been using Heathers videos for just over a month nearly every day. I love that she shows that she’s tired, brings normalcy to her videos. I’m like “I feel you girl” 😂
I miss these workouts. I returned to the gym a few months ago after they reopened gyms in the UK. One of the HIIT classes we did was a pyramid hiit. 3 sets, each have 3 different workouts. 20 seconds, 30 seconds and 40 seconds. Total time of each set is 7 minutes. No breaks in those 7 minutes. It's a killer as you'd say.
It was not so scary😅😅😅I did enjoyed it MS Heather Robertson. Thank you very much. I’m so proud that I did 4 rounds of push ups,, struggle in the 4 th round but definitely I can do it now.. Really want to thank you for al the workout videos. Finished my 12 week challenge July and I’m doing as my 2nd round calendar challenge plus one of my chosen video of yours to be 1hr or more. That was a tough one!! But these small bursts of cardio here n there have really improved my fitness. I couldnt even jog for longer than 30 secs, but now I'm onto jogging 2 minutes without stopping and hopefully more as I continue these!! Did the 12 week programme (lost an inch off my waist + dropped 5kg) and now I've been following the October calendar. Following Heather's channel forever now, can't wait to continue losing weight and getting into shape.

Did this w the 12 days of Christmas workout. Loved both individually and together. What a great workout. HR 168 BPM 170 calories total almost 300. If you guys haven’t done her Christmas challenge it’s a must. The Christmas music and the moves are amazing. I love 💕 thanks HR you’re a genius’s so much fun. I couldn’t wait to do this today. Exactly two weeks ago I fell and broke my dominant arm radius....... been over two weeks since I’ve done a workout of yours and idk when the next time will be😞 I was finally just feeling like an (almost) burpee & push up pro thanks to you!!! Here’s to the next time I’ll be able to do a workout of yours!... whenever that may be. Never will I take moving my body at its fullest capacity granted again!
Hey Heather, just wanna drop by to say thank you to you. I love your video and definitely is the workout to choose before bed because there is only music and the counting down beeps so its perfect time to spend time with yourself. And you pace your 15sec breaks to demo the next move is just perfect timing! I am always so exhausted by the end of it and after shower I feel mushy and all ready to sleep:) (and yes...definitely sleep much better since I had been doing your exercise around 10pm and then for a quick cold shower). You are the best! (and cute cats too....my cats comes around when I exercise as well)

I have done this once and died in the firsy 5 minutes, then after 1 week of doing your workouts + your 5 minutes tabata I decided to do this today and completed it without any breaks , for all thr unmotivated people who want to try this control the voice in your head and saying positive motivational words will help you beat this workout 🥰❤️
