So, I was planning to add this to a cardio workout, but it is great on its own and way more challenging than you’d think-I promise! I added weights to squat twists and high knees and I’m a sweaty mess! There is no warm up, so you may want to add that before you start, but you will appreciate the cool down at end. Thanks for another great, non-nonsense, sweat sesh Heather!

I loved this one ! My sides have been hurting for 3 days after ! It totally worked . I found this month’s workout very effective! It is targeted to sections of the body that you may have not built up before .

what i like about your exercises is that I always feel I have worked out. I begin my morning wrapped in robe- It's still cold ish here in Australia ( Springtime ) but after the work out, I 'm taking off my clothes from sweating. I prefer to wear shoes btw with this work out. The t\torso twist with weights was a killer for me ! Thanks heather, your exercises are awesome !

They were a challenge for sure!! It's best to start without the weight and make sure you've got the form locked down and then add some resistance as you feel comfortable. 🔥Nice work on getting it done!

Another amazing workout! I love how much variety you have, it never gets boring 💗 My elbows always hurt when I am in side forearm plank; other than rolling up my mat to add padding, do you have any tips on making it easier on the elbows?
Maybe because your weight is a little more relatively speaking. Do it for a while. Reduce the time from 30 sec to 15 sec. Give it some time. You'll get used to it with practice.
