Only pilates with Nicole is effective, for me. You target places on the body, and there are results. Now I see, that is not necessary to workout for hours, and jump, and sweat to much. I have done this workout twice now - tacking it onto the end of my morning yoga and love it! Thankyou for sharing all your classes, I have only recently started pilates at home (I have done yoga for a few years) and am loving your classes and can definitely see a difference in my body with the addition of pilates.

This was beyond. So good. Trying to do five min abs before I lift to correct imbalances and help heal an injury and this was superb for that. Good breaks. Simple.

fantastic, I did it twice But sorry, I could not do the criss-cross and roll up at the same time. my tummy would probably explode if I did that, I modified with just criss-cross and no roll up. One day I'll be strong enough.
WOWZA!!!!! This ab workout was good quick and tough. The sit up and cross elbow over to opposite knee was very challenging. Love love love your workouts. 💪🏼😅❤️
