      Hi Nicole I have done Pilates over a year and I love your classes - I am so unflexible though , do you have a any good stretch workouts so improve flexibility . I can never hold my legs up straight in the workouts

    Just what I needed! Thank you for all the amazing content you so generously offer us Nicole. The wonderful beach setting is a big plus for me, it gives me the chance to mentally travel to distant Australia while I get to work out with you feeling my body and mind filled with good energy. I'd love to see your suggestions in the description box on how to best combine these shorter sessions with some other videos of yours for a fun mix & match longer length workout!

    THANK YOU so much for offering these videos. I don't even feel like I'm working out, yet the following day my aching muscles will tell me I did! I had a hip replacement 5 months ago, and since following your videos, I feel like I'm almost back to normal. I've struggled with my balance but pilates has helped me safely gain strength in my weaker hip.

    Pilates day 9 ❤ missed day 8 due to work meetings, but hey, we get back up and try again. Really felt this one but I think I need to turn up the pace a bit more to really feel the burn. Once I get the hang of the exercises i might be able to do so. Maybe i'm getting better at these and need to turn it up 😆

    I love all your workouts. I add the short ones to the 30 min Pilates to get 50-60 min. Please do a q & a and also your usual day. You and your husband are so cute. I know many of us want to know more!
