Hi Nicole I have done Pilates over a year and I love your classes - I am so unflexible though , do you have a any good stretch workouts so improve flexibility . I can never hold my legs up straight in the workouts

THANK YOU so much for offering these videos. I don't even feel like I'm working out, yet the following day my aching muscles will tell me I did! I had a hip replacement 5 months ago, and since following your videos, I feel like I'm almost back to normal. I've struggled with my balance but pilates has helped me safely gain strength in my weaker hip.

Pilates day 9 ❤ missed day 8 due to work meetings, but hey, we get back up and try again. Really felt this one but I think I need to turn up the pace a bit more to really feel the burn. Once I get the hang of the exercises i might be able to do so. Maybe i'm getting better at these and need to turn it up 😆
