Loving it so far at 6:25. This is real gold! How about you repurpose it into a 3-video series in which you talk about 6 of these steps each? That way you get 3 shorter videos and have room to expand more on each step if you like...
    Great content!

Great video.. It's a challenge to influence people... Yet there is a group of people who do it effortlessly.

Conor if you come up with such a quality, valuable and "developing" video while you are struggling to find a good idea, can't wait to see how you do when you feel you have the good idea to share...valuable staff, thank u!

👍 I like the way you think, speak and share wisdom from your experience.
And your passion for possibility comes through.
    Refreshing! Non-self orientation!
Great value delivered in the first minutes. Vistage is a good brand - they’re lucky you’ve aligned with them.
    Quotable & Noteable for me:
“Be influenceable. For the other to be open to change, you have to be open to change.”
“Listening isn’t about hearing. Listening is actively seeking to be changed (to change an attitude, a belief, your perspective) by the other person.”
    Love your accent too! 😉

This is so important. I will try to keep these ideas in mind when talking to people about climate change.

Social Proof sounds a lot like social impact theory, the idea that the number of sources, the perceived strength of the source by the target (e.g. status) and the immediacy (either socially or geographically) of the source to the target increases the impact felt by the target and thus persuades the target to conform to your direction/action.
