Ry grass germination in 3 to 5 days KBG normally takes 21 days or so I think the rye will shade out KBG

1:20 Instead of saying good soil temps, what about actually saying what is the optimum soil temp. Thanks I have sub'd. I live in the transitional zone, Fescue in the front yard Bermuda in the rear, now I know I should have Bermuda in the front and Fescue in the back. Live and learn.

Growing grass in full sun perfect starting conditions and fully irrigated sure seems easy. What about full shade without watering every hour for the first week. You know normal stuff

I think you made the right choice. Tttf is way more resilient to heat vs rye.
