I just planted these same seeds and Yes, 4 days it was popping up. Now Im at day 10 and will probably have to cut it on day 14. This guy is accurate and the product is very good. Im in NY Suburbs.

I have bare ground that I want to seed with tall fescue. How much seed would you recommend for bare dirt. Short story I put down 10 pounds per 1000 sq ft and was unhappy and it was overcrowded, so i killed it and starting fresh again. My square footage is 1900 sq ft. Thanks Chris. I was thinking of going with 7-8 pounds per 1000 this time.

Which state are you at? I'm thinking of adding perennial ryegrass to my lawn. I'm in northwest Illinois, sometimes during winter, our temp goes down to -20 -30F for a few days. How is that lawn doing now? Great video!

Is this grass seed good for SoCal? I see the map on the package, doesn’t highlight the southern parts of the US, is this due to being high heat locations and this seed for for cool? If so, what grass seed do you recommend for higher temperatures?

Located in Walla Walla! Ha! I grew up there. I recognized the blue mountains in the first shot. I'd know those mountains anywhere! I miss Wallyworld. Prospect Point, Garrion Jr high, WA HI! The town has changed quite a bit since we moved to Portland back in the late 80s. I'd love to see Walla Walla again.

1:20 Instead of saying good soil temps, what about actually saying what is the optimum soil temp. Thanks I have sub'd. I live in the transitional zone, Fescue in the front yard Bermuda in the rear, now I know I should have Bermuda in the front and Fescue in the back. Live and learn.

I just wanted to let you know that I'm new to your channel. I need the grass seed! I have a Cool season lawn, and I've tried so many different products until I feel like wasting time and money. I have a box sitting here that I ordered and have not opened.

Growing grass in full sun perfect starting conditions and fully irrigated sure seems easy. What about full shade without watering every hour for the first week. You know normal stuff

Ry grass germination in 3 to 5 days KBG normally takes 21 days or so I think the rye will shade out KBG

The lawn looks great, but I've noticed. Most youtubers make the color of their lawn stand out. By adjusting the camera settings so it looked greener and darker

It's a beautiful mix! We seeded in Indiana just this past weekend and already have grass growing throughout. That's just 4 days.
