This is perfect! I have some resistance bands that have been collecting dust because I didn't know how to use them properly. Just a tip, it would be helpful for us to hear a synchronized timer so we don't have to look up to the screen. Thanks!
I've done almost all your workouts from your e-book and just about every workout you have on UA-cam, but I have to say this is one of my go-to workouts now. I LOVE that there is no music and instruction only. I like to listen to my own music (or sometimes nothing!), but also want to hear your instruction. I hope you decide to share more workouts with resistance bands!
My favorite equipment is the door pull up bar, I just love how many exercises you can do with it and that I can use it at home.

I like using kettle bells and resistance bands. I moved countries and I only had my bands which I love using and I finally found dumbbells and kettle bells.

I really love your workouts. I'm still a beginner, but it is awesome. I love the exercise balls, the big once. They work great and love the support on my back and knees. And its fun to bouncy on.

My favorite exercise equipment is my mat, for the first months I used a big towel and my knees and elbows suffer for it. Now I have a 5mm Mat and I love it!!

My favourite piece of equipment is my dumbells I think but to be honest I don't think I use them enough. I usually just do bodyweight exercise but am keen to explore my options. 😊
I have a few resistance bands (long and short loops) and I do find them very versatile. However, I think dumbbells are easier to control. My number one equipment would definitely be a yoga mat though, a must have IMHO.
I don't have much equipment, but what I use the most is the yoga blocks.
I JUST started including resistance bands in my workouts this week, and today has been my first day! I'm looking forward to incorporating this video in my routine, too.
My favourite piece of equipment has to be my ankle weights. I got them to help strengthen my quads after some knee troubles, but I discovered they make abs routine so much tougher and I love that, ngl.

This was so great Lucy!! My first workout with my new bands. I actually bought them to help me get into pull ups but decided to see what else I could use them for since they are such good quality compared to the older bands and straps. This did kick my butt tho lol, but as long as I spend time stretching before, during and after I don't have much soreness afterwards. I have found stretching to be key for me cuz I get tight really easy from desk work. Can you do a new band workout cuz yours was the best one I found on utube and it suited me really well? Thanks 💖

I got resistance bands and hoped this video would teach me how to use them but already in the first exercise they seem to short.. I can't even pull it up to my shoulders, I'm afraid it will snap 😢
