    I weaned myself off diclofin....whatever I was taking for severe SI joint pain, got a wedge that I use nightly under my knees, and do these exercises and now pain free and drug free! Big pharma must dislike you! God bless!

    Love your content! I have lousy posture and a recent injury to my SI joints. I’m have a gait question. I’ve heard that the heel strike is the proper way to initiate a step but have also heard a step should start mid-foot. Just wondering how much it matters and or which is most correct? Thank you

      Thanks! When walking, it should be a heel strike. When jogging or running, it can be either.

    Can you make a video on how to stretch and strengthen the muscles that support the SI joint? This video was great for relieving some of my discomfort, but I would like to know how to stabilize the SI joint. Mine seems to fall out of whack very easily.

    I have soreness top and inner portion toward groin of quad(?) muscle on R leg. Kind of preventing me from doing my couple mile walk each day. What is this area called so I can search your videos? Thanks very much for the great video today.🌲

      The VMO (vastus medialis) is the inner quad. If that is what you are referring to.
