They're called "Cantucci" it's a tuscan recipe. Usually they are brushed on top with egg wash before cooking. In Tuscany we eat them with "vinsanto" (holy wine).
We have the same traditional recipe in morrocco it's called fakas with almond some seeds like sesame and anise.. Orange blossom. Egg wash we score it with a fork. Our jewish community adds more dried fruits and nuts and use special molds the results are amazing visually / taste
I made this twice, love it. I kinda tweak the recipe a bit because actual biscotti is too hard for me (my tooth can't bite too hard). I added 20ml olive oil and baking powder into the dough. Instead of all purpose flour, I use cake flour, that cakey texture sort of soften the biscotti a bit, even by next day, it's nice. I didn't warm it up, just take a few from air tight glass container to hv it with COFFEE ☕ ❤️❤️
It might not be in written form here because they may be in the cookbook, with UA-cam just being the visual that entices you to go check that out. If that is the case I can't blame them. I would also love a printed version myself because I have deaf family members and they can't hear any of this and can't process English to the point where the captions would help any as they are often wacky or in Italian, so they can't benefit from this channel without the same thing you're looking for 😞

Hello Royal Pasta Queen!!
Give us a house tour please! Your house looks fantastic!!!
Why yeast but no rise? Just for flavor? Or am I missing something?
That looks deliciously fit for the Gods!
Long Live our Pasta Queen!
It's so tastyyyytyt!!! Love you ❤❤❤❤❤
It’s been a long time!
I just made cookies…but I’m doing this today anyway. YES
Grazie per ma ricetta dei biscotti lo fatti sono buonissimi grazie molto ciao filippa da ny

Best nonna
It's called FAKASS in Morocco
Doesn't yeast need to proof/rise before oven?
what kind of yeast was that?
Why no butter or vegetable oil. I noticed other chef mix with oil
does the yeast has any effect without proofing?
What type of oven/range do you have?
i want to meet you ... come to mombasa queen make some pasta in tropics🤩
You didn't add any butter??
That real Italian cappuccino...
How do you get the recipe 🤔
"Ready to go about two inches"
