Your so right. Since hitting menopause, I suffer chronic insomnia. The symptoms from everything else has mostly gone. But the lack of sleep is still happening. But I just go on, as I won't take anything the doctor offers. My GG used to use sweet grass as a tea to help her sleep. But I live in Toronto now and it's hard to come by. And I don't order online. But I'm hoping it'll pass, its been 7 years now😮.

What about the 13 Original Clan Mothers ? Good reference too for cycles! ;)
Wish there was any solutions like the ones you mentioned for people like me (C-PTSD in my case), who live in Europe. We don't really have that. It's always less spiritual, love centered, and too scientific. Don't like that. Makes me feel weird and uncomfortable.
To end the comment, I really recommand to everybody the 13 Original Clan Mothers by Jamie Sams. I personally read each chapter twice a week for the whole Moon (month), before I change chapter at the beginning of the next (New/Black Moon).

Yes there are several times I felt I was going crazy to all of the above. Especially grief! I sought therapy and continue to utilize the service, it truly helped me to understand why I tick the way I do, how to make healthy changes, and to be more loving of myself. Some of the solutions that worked for you also helped me, I absolutely love nature walks. I would like to join a talking circle, I believe it’s important to share with others who may have or are experiencing the same situations/feelings. This video was helpful and informative, thanks Mallory for sharing ♥️

Yes to all of the above. Every month, i know i will have a few days where i am irritable and just dont feel like myself, as well as feeling physically blah. I just reassure myself its due to my period and it will pass.

I can totally relate. Long ago, I was diagnosed with PTSD and clinical depression. I have a tendency to misdiagnose myself, but I know that about myself. When I think one thing is occurring, I stop and self-check.
Long ago, I taught a circle of brothers about the Seven Grandfathers. In tbe process, I came to understand the teachings better. Humility and honesty are often misunderstood. Humility is not about self-debasement; it's about being clear and honest with ourselves. What are our strengths, our weaknesses, our challenges?
As for the physical conditions, I have hypothyroidism. It is a factor...... now, back to the video. 😊

Humility in this context means setting aside one's ego. Everything is about balance.
