It is fascinating to me. Having seen what it was like before to now during the rebuild process, the transformation is breathtaking. I have also just seen a picture of the forward deck now the teak has been laid, and it looks amazing. If you and the viewers hit the like button, I will arrange to go back and do more filming to show you.
These concrete hulls were built to planned designs, by designers or by some pioneering yards as well as being one offs . So I think hese asking if the owner who built the hull originally and who designed it. The fitting out Would have been one of three ways. ..by the hull maker builder .. the individual DIY or another yard or builder. Proberly built they are tough quiet boats given the thickness of the hull ..they were usually built on a wire armature .. thats where the problems can come from if salt water penetrates the waterproof layer and causes corrosion. These days I would suggest anyone working with concrete or ferocrete uses a Basalt mesh frame its lighter stronger impervious to salt water chemicals and radiation its also hugely temperature stable -250 +850 degrees C and being made out of natural rock spun into fibers or added to concrete as chopped staples it uses less water and energy in its manufacture than glass fiber and produces no additional CO2. It also expands and contracts at the same rate as concrete adding to the integrity of the structure. In fact in some ways its tougher than E and S glass and even carbon. If you want to get a good idea of its suitability and uses look for the Basalt Gurus site and Windelo Catamerans... Composite basalt skins. Its also safer and easy to work with if you can get it.

What is your reference to the boat, did you buy it? Are you working on it? Or is it another mans dream?
It is a friends boat, and it happens to be situated in the same yard as my brother-in-laws catamaran.
Try using bespocke insted of costom ! 😳😊 but otherwize an interestin vid . Dident think that there where any concreat bouts left !🤗🤔
