I agree on everything! Mango chutney, this past week I'd decided I need to work more mango chutney in my life too. 😊 I had Purple Carrot for a long time and really enjoyed it! I learned to cook in ways I'd never done before and also was able to get food items I'd never had before and would be unable to get in my area. I feel like they teach you to cook gourmet but in a simplistic way. I was also impressed by the quality of the produce needed for the recipes. It did always take me a lot longer than the projected time but adjustments I made may have added to it. I regularly added things like some things did need a sauce or lime or something else. I respect that you gave a true honest assessment - makes your review legit unlike reviews that don't bring up anything that isn't super postive. Thanks for sharing.

I agree, it is definitely a great opportunity to try meals that maybe wouldn't be as accessible and I love that! I can not believe have never had mango chutney before this and am excited to experiment more with that ingredient! And yes I was very happy that the produce was very good!
