Very interesting, Thank you Dr. Villoldo 👍
However, please allow me to comment on your statement that honey should not be eaten because, like sugar, it would "switch off" the longevity genes. Both Ayurvedic (Ayurveda) and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) recommend the consumption of honey as a "remedy". Although I enjoy listening to your comments and consider many of them to be correct/ture, at this point I would ask you to think again about your statement and modify it if necessary. With all due respect to your person, your life's work and your wisdom and realization, at this point I would rather trust the medical experience of two advanced civilizations whose knowledge at this point is almost 3000 years old.

Me refiero al video, porque no puedo entender lo que se habla. Los comentarios sí se pueden traducir.

You cannot replace proven scientific medical treatments with ambiguous "spiritual" practices. Diet is not medicine. Medicine is not diet. You wouldn't say to someone who is starving or malnourished to take some drug to alleviate their lack of nutrition. That would be absurd. Similarly, you cannot say to someone who has a serious health problem to not seek professional medical treatment but instead rely on diet. That would be terrible advise.

In Hawaii, where I raised my sons, I was blessed to experience a marriage of the two
We had a medical doctor willing to work with our holistic practitioner
It wasn’t a unique situation, as the indigenous Hawaiians have historically carried the wisdom that medicine IS indeed a spiritual practice
      🙂

Yes, everyone experiencing health issues has the responsibility to care for their health and seek appropriate medical attention. And those who are seeking ways to supplement their health through holistic and traditional ways should be able to do that freely as well.
