I have been using this technology for 3 days now and I did my grandparents first. I surprised my entire family and every since I have been getting a lot of requests. Let me tell you: I made all of my family members (and extended) cry ... a lot. They were all happy and I am grateful for My Heritage. However, after all those requests, I broke down in tears last night. It can be extremely overwhelming seeing all of your loved ones come to life again. All in all, I am grateful for this!

My grandmother died when my dad was 18. My dad had 1 picture of her which was taken 6 months prior to her death. I did this and send it to my sister to show him. We did give him a warning as we didn't want him to get sad. Turns out he loved it and was happy to see his mother again. He had my sister play the video over and over again. And was amazed on how accurate the facial expression is. He later send me a picture of his brother that also passed away when he was young and my mom send me my grandfather picture which he died when I was still a toddler and never met him in person.
I did this to a picture of my grandfather and I bursted to tears seeing him move. It even got his subtle smile right. I also did it to my husband's grandmother and he also burst to tears.

I give this a very high rating. My cousin helped me put a picture of my grandfather on website. He was very sick but since we moved countries my dad was never able to be with him on his sick days, his death, or his funeral. We used the last picture we had of him and my dad cried. He send it to his family left in our home country and they all got very emotional too. It might seem unnecessary or creepy when you have no intention of using it but has a real impact on those who have lost their loved ones.
Quite literally when you find photos. Finding photos of my ancestors gives me a warm and fuzzy feeling i can't quite explain. It looks like I'm looking in the mirror for some of the more recent ones.

My older sister and I saw our biological maternal grandfather come to life. He died in the 90's before I was born. My sister never knew him because mom wanted to forget about him.
I tried this with my late Grandpa's photo who had passed away in 2017. I used a screenshot photo of my Grandpa from my mom's Instagram and uploaded it and yes it 100% worked. He started moving so I quickly showed my mom and she was amazed. She said it was "cool and creepy at the same time".
