Im a research scientist in chemistry and a teacher who’s been working at a university for 20 years, I have a PhD in chemistry and multiple research articles and have mentored dozens of people to getting masters degree in chemistry, do I have a chance?

Since Brazil is literally the second on the list of most applications, shouldn’t they make them a different column like India and china for example? Because there’s no way my country has exceeded the 7% limit
