@@MK6CHRIS hi! I actually couldn't find them and your comment reminded me about it. Do you know where I can find them? None of the other skirts I found online fit for my car because the other ones have to go up against the body and I can't do that because my car is scraped up like crazy
they use to, it appears like its discontinued. Email them and say mk6chris from youtube sent you and you want to purchase the side skirts for your car. Lmk what they say. My buddy did it recently and they sent it out to him
What’s up bro I got a mk6 wanted to know if you could send me some links where to get your body kit and lowering springs also what size rims you got on your mk6
@@MK6CHRIS Good point. I have replica Votex skirts for a MK6 wagon, There are no mounting points provided. Other than the 2 screws in the fender wells, I'm thinking just glue in place. I don't like the idea of drilling into the rocker......seems like a good way to introduce a path for water and hence rust. What is that glue you used? Is it 3M windshield adhesive or body panel? Thanks man. Great looking car you've got there.
Hey Chris, I was out test fitting my rocker covers, planning to mark where I need to trim. Ya know what? I'm now thinking I'm going to cut off the flats that wrap around into the wheel well (cut as to leave the rounded corner) and just adhere w/ 3MVTB tape. Think it will be easier and look cleaner.
They look amazing definitely gonna do the same on my TDI, is the facelift different from the preface lift (2012)? I didn’t think the side skirts were a different size for the facelift
I'm going to put this on my Jetta to cover up the scrapes I got on the rocker
Good idea they also look pretty good too

I was thinking the skirt should go under the fender well liner.
that would make sense but then the fender liner would look a funny since its not flat
