I just love this.this is easy to prepare and is so tasty.
I've been making this for 5/6 times now,, with the same proportions..always turns out delicious,, also my diabetic mom's postprandial blood sugar levels after having these dosas always turns out much lower than with normal dosas..so thats a plus. I also happened to have leftover 1/4th cup of rice and 1/4th cup of moongdal soaked for another dish, adding these made the dosas even more tastier and non-sticky to my old pan.Anyways LOOOVE this recipe 💜

I advise you to let it ferment then cook it it will be more beneficial and more delicious ,for fermentation you need few fenugreek seed or two tablespoons cooked rice .

Thanks ❤ This is almost similar to the South India's traditional healthy food called ADAI, which is loaded with much protein. We will add Toor Daal as well & will not have Masoor Daal, Peanuts & Almonds 😊 And we will add Onions,Dried Chillies instead of Green Chillies to avoid irritation of stomach 😇

The way the dosa is made is really satisfying
Nice recipe. When we use normal iron dosa maker, we get natural iron that is why elders used it, try that crease with little ghee or oil first once it becomes hot it also works as non stick pan. We do require some oil for our good health. Use TIL oil which will go very well with dal dosa. Good luck

This is called "Adai" in Tamil.. One of the tastiest & healthiest breakfast recipes.. Try it with coconut chutney.. It will taste more yum..

Add tea spoon soaked methi grams,grated coconutand grin d it, its more taste.

This looks great! I'm amazed you don't really have to cook the beans for a long time to make them edible. Apparently, just 6 hours of soaking, pureeing, and a few minutes frying will do just as well! I think I'd like to start with this as a pancake batter, but would need to add something - perhaps oats or buckwheat flour - plus baking soda to make it thicker and so that it rises and creates a fluffier result.
