Build that Wall. So legendary. A new game debut has yet to capture me like bastion did. Most if the test (save for Pyre) usually still made me feel at home with similar looks to bastion's world.
Bit of a necro but I decided to go back and 100% the big 3 SG games (sorry Pyre, I hate sports games oof) in honor of Hades 2 and my god so many old memories came rushing back to me when I heard that song again. I used to listen to it on repeat when the game first came out and it's safe to say I never once interrupted her singing. Build That Wall and We All Become will always be two of my favorite video game tracks ever.
Ashley's voice has been stellar this whole time, but I think there's something very special in the Hades soundtrack that showcases how much Darren has improved vocally or how well it draws out a quality in his vocals.
Word. I've always thought that Darren in his earlier live concerts sings just a little bit too high compared to the actual in-game OST, his later perfomances have been just the right amount of deepness, and then he turned it right around with his amazing falsetto for Orpheus.
My mouth fell open when I ran into Eurydice for the first time, and then again when I arrived back to the house and heard Orpheus singing for the first time. Beautiful singing always, but your voices are blowing me away in this game. 💕
I remember playing Bastion for the first time. The narration and the music was the first thing that struck me, never heard such quality of music and in and indie game. But when I hear Build that Wall, I know I was hook not only to this game, but for life. If they could do this in their first game, well, I was in for a great ride; and so far I´ve enjoy everything you have made (Pyre been my personal favorite). Hearing 'Build That Wall' in Bastion still rates for me as the strongest musical goosebumps I've ever gotten in a video game. It hits that melancholic tone of that game just perfect.

I had never heard of Supergiant Games until someone posted We All Become from Transistor on Tumblr way back when. I had no idea what it was, but I was instantly captivated. Listened to that song so much and immediately bought Transistor and it became one of my favorite games ever. Now Hades has recaptured that magic and cemented Supergiant as one of my favorite companies. ❤️
Thank you for Hades, from the bottom of my heart. It's an SPLENDID game with one of the best soundtracks in recent memory. Euridyce's chamber is one of the coolest moments in videogame history. Congrats!!
Eurydice's voice was so beautiful that I always found myself staying next to the next boat and just listening to her sing for a few minutes before moving on to go fight Lernie.
After 35 hours of playing I'm far from finishing Hades, but I love it every time I go to a new chamber in Asphodel and hear Eurydice singing. It's such a beautiful song!
Fell in love with her voice when I heard Paper Boats so many years ago. I sincerely look forward to more work from her and possibly Supergiant! Wonderful, magical talent

I'm like, that's dope, let's move on. So then, about a week later, I hear Orpheus sing it. Now, I'm a musician. I don't have "perfect pitch," but if you play me one melody and put a harmonic minor under it, I'm gonna pick up on it. So it was one thing when it was just the female lead. Then with that harmony, it is truly one of the most beautiful duet arrangements I've ever heard. And it's not my first day on the proverbial job. So... Kudos. Props. Fuckin' bravo.
Bastion was the first game when I bought the soundtrack specifically for listening during my commuting. I was absolutely blown away with the emotion packed into the songs. My all time favourite was "From Wharf to Wilds" which I made into a VERY long time ringtone on my phone. Love your work!
Damn I love your voices together. There is something truly magical about Darren's falsetto balancing so gently on top of Ashley's melody. When "in the blood" played for the first time, it was a full on tears streaming down my face event.
Man, Bastions "Build that Wall" with it's mix of hope and melancholy still really moves me. Your voice really gave the supergiant games even more character and atmosphere :)

The gameplay of their games is already the best isometric gameplay ever, not to mention that they are literally the gods of isometric art - idk but their game engine works like a charm. And the OSTs are always so beautiful. I love all of their OSTs, but Good Riddance is definitely my favorite song. It's so beautiful and the difference in the tonality of Orpheus's song and Eurydice's song is masterful decision. The ending duet version was so heartwarming. Greatest studio of all time

So many amazing performances, cannot even choose. But 'We All Become' has a special place in my heart.
I'm so in fucking love with her voice. I can't count the number of time I cried hearing Red's Voice.
'Good Riddance' was the song that led me too Google Hades soundtrack, something I've never done for a videogame. I'll buy all Supergiant games just because these two musicians are involved.
It's incredible how perfect their performance is live, they never missed a note.
I can't stop listening to Eurydice in Hades. Makes me just want to stop and just listen, literally nothing else but focus on her voice. Really wonderful to hear and such depth into games with the story, dialogue and music. Not only increases the epicness but also just makes you appreciate everything as a whole a lot more!
The ending is so beautiful
My god, this songs gave me goosebumps ... again. They always do. Especially the ones from the Transistor. Even now I still play it from time to time
You have the voice of an angel, and this song is one of the best thing I heard lately, congrats!
Ashley and Darren both have hauntingly good voices. So many songs give me chills and hypnotize me. Can't offer enough praise to either of them or really everyone at supergiant. You guys are doing amazing work on every front, not just the amazing music.
The music is such a key part of these games, especially in Hades and Bastion.
