Pick Up Limes My favourite healthy habit is self-reflection which I usually do once a week. And my favourite healthy habit which you suggested is noting down accomplishments :)
My favourite healthy habit is : 1)when I am at the Kitchen, I try to save time by picking up items that need to go to the sink on my way to pick up vegetables from the refrigerator and on my way back i wash the dishes while the food is preparing. By the time i finish my dishes the cooking time would be enough for the food to cook. 2)While I am cooking , I also make it a point I keep back the ingredients or spices used for the dish immediately after use, so that makes my kitchen counters look clean at the end of the cooking and all I need to do is serve on the clean table.
Sadia ,I also want to add to all others how Inspiring, motivating and positive you are. Thank you for spreading and sharing your ideas,vibes and aura with all of us.
In my case, I love walking with my partner for 60 minutes every other night. I love it because it's our way of talking about our goals and de-stressing as well ^_^ Also, I would have a date with myself once a month.
I'm absolutely in awe of this young lady's videos. She seems to have nailed every aspect of her being. So much wisdom and knowledge for someone so young. Her understanding of habits is extraordinary so much intelligence. Eating super healthy meals, clean house, even quotes the Great Napoleon Hill. So consciously aware and so obvious she understands what needs to be done to be the best version of one self. This lady really has got it going on!! The real deal. Sometimes I get greedy and want more of your videos more of the time, but I know in the end the best videos you make (which is pretty much every single one) are probably done in your own time, from your own inspiration. Whenever you make videos, they seem to come from a centered and inspired space, and that reminds me of the centered and inspired space within myself. So thank you for that

This is great! Morning routines are magical. Having one makes me feel like I'm starting the day on a positive note, and at the end, I feel accomplished. I use my morning to play my guitar, exercise, and meditate. I make my bed,(which also feels good to see when returning home from work), and then get ready for the day. It's also helpful to have lunch prepared the night before. Also, getting to work at least 15 minutes earlier helps me ease into the day, and eliminates some stress for me. Eliminatingnas much stress as possible is definitely a step towards better health.
The bracelet idea is really interesting! I look forward to trying it. I also fully support "Focus on adding in" idea from experience. I find myself living a more positive and sustainable healthy life style :) THANK YOU for your videos

Yes,it’d be nice to see a video about how to accomplish all this while raising a family.When you work from home and don’t have kids everything is a breeze.But when you have many sleepless nights,many skipped meals and your life is basically making sure you’re raising kids well that’s a totally different story.Im not even a mom just a nanny and don’t have time to eat properly as everyone needs something all the time.I can tell a kid now it’s my time to eat,but they don’t get it.

Not gunna lie..but towards the end of the video I stared crying a little. I've been holding onto so much stress and sadness over some events that have taken place. I suffer with depression as well. Love you videos! My favorite habit is a morning routine. I wake up around 2 hours before leave for work, relax drink some coffee for 30mins. Then work on whatever art I feel like for an hour. Then the last half is getting ready. It's a great way to ease into the day and to start it with something I'm passionate about.

I just discovered your channel when I was searching for vegan recipes. Your videos are wonderful, helpful and relaxing thank you for creating this. It's one of my favorite videos to watch before going to sleep. It inspires me to have a positive outlook in life and makes me look forward to mornings. I used to be agoraphobic. I'm recovering from anxiety disorder and I think too much. I used to hate mornings because I always worried and stressed that something bad might happen. I'm okay now, I still have anxiety disorder and I still get panic attacks but I can control it now unlike before and eating healthier food and having a positive mindset kind of helps. I always remember your healthy morning habits video and do it every morning and I feel great! I'm not as anxious and I always feel happy. Thanks God I found your channel. Dear Sasha, It can help in two ways. 1.Catch your negative thoughts and switch to more positive ones as you switch the bracelet 2. It is really helpful in understanding the frequency of negative thoughts. You can then aim at reducing the no.of times you change the bracelet by reducing/ distracting urself from the negative thoughts.Acts like behavioural therapy☺

My favorite habit is a morning routine. I wake up around 2 hours before leave for work, relax drink some coffee for 30mins. Then work on whatever art I feel like for an hour. Then the last half is getting ready. It's a great way to ease into the day and to start it with something I'm passionate about.

I just discovered your channel when I was searching for vegan recipes. Your videos are wonderful, helpful and relaxing thank you for creating this. It's one of my favorite videos to watch before going to sleep. It inspires me to have a positive outlook in life and makes me look forward to mornings. I used to be agoraphobic. I'm recovering from anxiety disorder and I think too much. I used to hate mornings because I always worried and stressed that something bad might happen. I'm okay now, I still have anxiety disorder and I still get panic attacks but I can control it now unlike before and eating healthier food and having a positive mindset kind of helps. I always remember your healthy morning habits video and do it every morning and I feel great! I'm not as anxious and I always feel happy. Thanks God I found your channel. Dear Sasha, It can help in two ways.
1.Catch your negative thoughts and switch to more positive ones as you switch the bracelet
2. It is really helpful in understanding the frequency of negative thoughts. You can then aim at reducing the no.of times you change the bracelet by reducing/ distracting urself from the negative thoughts.Acts like behavioural therapy☺
