    1. Eat leafy greens with every meal, at least half the plate or in a smoothie
    2. Exercise more! At least 3-4 a week or walk everyday and monitor using pedometer.
    3. Wake up at 5am everyday. Promotes organization and functionality for the day.
    4. Meditate! Relaxes the body and promotes mental health wellness.
    5. Read! Minimize screen time and read to inform, better, and relax yourself.

    I pray 5 times a day because I’m muslim and I take it as my meditation and “me time”. It brings me peace and I always feel positive afterwards and energetic. Thanks Annie for sharing your thoughts with us, i always enjoy your videos 😘😘

    I love this Annie! I am nearly 40 and have an 11 year old son. Being a single mom people always find excuses as far as the lack of time, but guess what? I wake up at 5 am every day, mediate , sometimes journal or plan the off to my Pilates class 6am-6:45. By 7:30 all is done including my son ready for school then my day goes way smoother 🙏🏻 Where there is a will there’s always a way 🙌🏻

    I have celiac disease and I was very sick for the last 4 or 5 years and I still have some absorbtion issues, but once I started adding Greens to every single one of my meals it made such a huge difference. It's amazing how healing it is for your body

    In my experience of going through a stressful time. The foods that made a remarkable difference to how I was feeling were foods that contain magnesium and B vitamins. Green vegetables, fish and nuts. Also eggs and any other fruits and vegetables especially berries. With these in your diet they balance your mind and body so that things don't effect you the same way. Anything that is a whole food that has not been processed in any way. See your diet as healthy fuel which your body needs to function properly. And if you do no other exercise, get out and go for a walk everyday, so good for the mind too. And laugh, surround yourself with good, positive people that make you feel good. Thanks Annie, love your channel and sharing your wisdom 😄😄 Have a lovely Christmas 🎄 x

    Having greens at every meal is a goal for me as well. I have herd that u crave healthy foods when u build up good bacteria in your gut. There is a link between the gut and brain and the foods u crave is linked to the bacteria that u have. :)

    Im in!! I love this topic to death. I survived cancer twice and lost half my face to amputation.. a tumor destroyed my jaw and changed everything.. I was labeled a freak.     I didn't watch it but I already love it 😍 my new year resolution is to smile more to life, it's a little thing but I think it's important 😊 I love new year résolution, I think it's the best way for reminding ourselves that we can be better and better as person.

    Literally all the habits I started working on in the last few weeks and will definitely continue to do. I actually can’t believe how amazing it feels to wake up at 5. The first few days are hard, but then it just amazing. And also all of these goals complement each other. You eat healthy so you sleep better and have more energy, and then it’s easier to wake up early and feel good and workout in the morning and then you are more motivated to eat better because you start your day in a healthy way. Meditation is so amazing and important. And when you wake up that early, you don’t have any excuses not to do it, you have time to train to read and for other things you want to do to improve yourself. And also go to bed early 🙌

    As a mature older adult I walk 2 miles every day of the week. I also drink plenty of water.
    I love salads and watching what you put into yours. I am adding more vegetables into mine and putting the quinoa, avocado and other goodies. So yummy!
    I definitely want to do some physical training and plan to use our condo excerise room in 2019.

    my new year’s resolution is to care less about others’ opinion, mainly at work: i don’t want to be discouraged by others hate or criticism, especially when they have no reason behind them... i used to feel bad about it but i’m getting stronger and starting not to care about envious negative and discouraging people! it’s a long process and hard work but i want to make it ☺️

    I wanted for a pretty long time now to include good habits into my everyday life especially to my mornings.     I drink Apple Cider Vinegar, lemon juice and water the first thing in the morning. I exercise for 30 minutes to 1 hour 5 days. I then have breakfast with the Green Detox or Organifi drink everyday but I add spinach, berries and a scoop of Collagen Peptide to it.
    I'm working on not working so much because I work 6 days a week. I'm going to start that journal

      You try to make abstraction of that and spend as little time as you can with them.
      You can't change people, they have to want to change.

      Try to find something positive about them and focus on that to draw out more positive behaviour from them. You are not alone - so many people have negative people around them. Just be happy with yourself and focus on as much positive as you can.

      I think journaling as a outlet for your frustrations is healthy. You shouldn’t bottle your emotions but you should also work they then and find a calm way on overcoming negativity

    THANK YOU! Great Video Annie, happy new year to you, all the best and happy to share with coming year with you! I find your goals or advices very useful as usual and I wanted to add them to my routine already such as reading more etc. I will list them and also go through the comments! but I am aligned with those goals actually!! I also add one: not to do things i don't want to do anymore, meaning say yes to people to be gentle and find mindself late in my schedule or not comfortable with the situation or accept a drink of alcohol where you just wanted a juice just to prevent question blablabla, or anything wrong to me! People have to hear sometimes that you say 'no, sorry' and for your self esteem to, not to accept everything just to make ti easy... because it doesn't for yourself at the end of the day... That's my goal. kiss and love to you Annie

Literally on these days I spent almost my whole day watching ur videos.i am from India and I m very much inspired by Ur video.I had a lot to study from Ur life. I have seen many vlogs in you tube but the spark which u put into Ur videos are outstanding...Even there was a time where I was struggling through hardest time of my life and it had completely destroyed my mind and found my self helpless...but by the time I just saw a video of urs describing Ur weight loss journey and it made me think about the real facts and accept things. The way U talk makes me calm even my mind.     My resolution is to sprout my own broccoli seeds and eat at least 1/4 cup every day. It contains so many antioxidants and other health benefits. A true super food

      If the time doesnt work for you it’s not a problem, as long as you have 8 hours of sleep a day. Waking up a 5 means going to bed at 9pm

    Hey Annie :) I find that rising with the sun is very rewarding as well. However, as the sun rises a bit later in winter, I think it can be beneficial to adjust the time to sync with nature. Maybe an hour or so later feels way better to me xo Always an inspiration, keep it up xo

    Can you please show some exercise routines? I would love to see your morning exercise routine as I have some back issues as well plus I cant seem to find a routine I like.     Very positive video. I am definitely going to try adding greens to two of my three meals per day (I think I might struggle with breakfast). Every little helps. Happy 2019!

    Hi annie, when do you Go to bed or at what Time you fall asleep ? I think if i get up at 5 i have to Sleep at 9 o clock in the Evening. So i have to Go to bed at 8 if i want to read etc. So i can Never Meet Friends in the evening or go to dinner or to a concert, at the Cinema etc. Maybe i would work if i do something with my friends Once a Week in the evening. Or you can Never watch a Movie at Home! It’s sad and unsocial if you Go to bed so early, isnt it? I Really would like to know How you handle it? Best regards from munich, glockenbach
