Thank you for everything you do bobby 🙏 please do, shampoo, deodorant, face wash, vedio, and quick question: is dr bronner's liquid soap good for the skin?
Although some "UA-cam" dermatologists claim the "chemical" versions would do, several others that I know in real life, in "Florida" where sun beams on you more than most states, have told them to switch to Oxide Zinc (mineral) versions. When I switched to mineral products, the results were night and day.

Can you talk about white cast? Some of these may not work on darker skin tones because they don't blend well 💛
I can hardly find mineral based sunscreen anywhere anymore! Even brands like Aveeno which used to be made with mineral based are no longer made and have switched to chemical. It's very disturbing!!!
Thank you for everything you do bobby 🙏 please do, shampoo, deodorant, face wash, vedio, and quick question: is dr bronner's liquid soap good for the skin?
Ty! Would you kindly do a similar video on bug (mosquito) repellents? Love your videos!
Thank you for this very current video on mineral sunscreens. I never knew.
Thanks so much for this info! Would LOVE to see one on bug sprays!
Although some "UA-cam" dermatologists claim the "chemical" versions would do, several others that I know in real life, in "Florida" where sun beams on you more than most states, have told them to switch to Oxide Zinc (mineral) versions. I've tried the chemical ones and even though I apply them (6 various brands), I'll still end up with a bit of burn, and I apply generously. When I switched to mineral products, the results were night and day.
Can you do the body lotion and body wash please? Thank you❤️
Working on that

In this jacked up worked these days I can't thank you and your knowledge enough. Thank you! Love your content.
Please do a bug spray video! I am generally opposed to spraying crap on my body, but I find myself absolutely needing bugspray for camping. I resorted to buying Repel Lemon Eucalyptis spray, and it works very well and isn't irritating, but the brand is not very transparent about their ingredients. At least it's DEET free.
Yes- plz do best bug spray and shampoo/conditioner. Great video as per usual.
That Badger sunscreen is really good. I’ve been using it on my daughters for years since it’s required for them to have sunscreen on when at school.
I just “ran” to Thrive to get some of their brand sunscreen before it sells out because of the Bobby Approved Effect!! ☺️
Is it a body sunscreen? Does it leave a white cast?
I wish I knew this about sunscreen. I’m starting the badger this summer for my 5 year old.
Just in time for summer. Thank you Bobby! Yes more on bug spray please!
You are welcome ❤️🙏🏻

I so enjoy your videos!! Thank you for all you do and your work educating anyone who wants to learn
Always good useful and helpful information Bobby. Keep them coming.
What i was looking for came in front of me...lot of love from Kerala India..
Needed this! Thank you. 😊
Thank you for bringing this to light. I’ve been watching a lot of “influencer” making videos about sunscreen and talked about the sunscreen they like but they don’t realized that the top toxic ingredients are on the sunscreen they recommend to people. So thank you.
What toxic? There is no proof of that just words from non medical professionals
@@nairbdelrey1561 read the ingredients. A lot of the ingredients aren’t even allowed in EU.
@@lisareyes3194 that is not because they are not safe is the process to get them through FDA Tinosorb sunscreen is not sold en US but is a safe ingredient used outside of the US
The mineral sunscreens are non-toxic, but they are not as effective as the chemicals sunscreens based on the tests Consumer Reports have done. You will need to apply the the mineral sunscreens more often.
Not true at all😂, what?
BTW, Dessi’s almond milk recipe is delicious. Plus, I was satisfied linger after breakfast. Maybe an hour longer then usual.
Eat a handful of nuts w if u use cows milk.
Chemical sunscreen is helpful for those of us that are POC… since mineral leaves strong cast and we look dead. Don’t care when recreating , but I do when working , walking on the street or working 😬
Thanks for sharing!! Was just looking at sunscreen yesterday and had no idea what to buy!! Would you do an updated snack video? (Crackers- simple mills? From the ground up? Natures bakery?, fruit snacks- any okay ones???, pretzels-???)
I was so excited to hear what you thought about the Babo Botanicals SPF that was placed right next to Neutrogena's face SPF but you never mentioned it? :D I'm not sure why it was in the "bad category" since the ingredients seem to be great?
Good stuff! I would love videos on other hygiene products. Face/body wash, deodorant, shampoo/conditioner and shaving cream.

Hi and thanks. Can you make a video on hair products for women? Yes shampoos and conditioners but also hair styler like hair sprays, gels, hair creams, etc
I would take advice from lab muffin beauty. She has a PhD and knows what she’s talking.
Agree! Also board certified dermatologists do not consider EWG to be a credible resource.
Lol 😂 you probably took two vaxx and wear a mask in bed 🤣
Yepppp
Yea certified to pharmaceuticals lol🙃
Hey - doctor -What do elephants use for sun screen and cooling down ?
I am 14 almost 15 I get eaten up a lot by bugs and I would like to know about the best all around bugs sprays and which are also the best health wise as well.
I use patchouli essential oil drops. Works for me.
Perfect timing! Thanks!
Thank you Bobbie. Very informative. I just make sure I wear a hat with a broad rim. My sun bathing days are over. If I go to the beach it's after 3 pm.
You are welcome 🙏🏻 ❤️

Health fd st.'s?
Can you PLEASE do a video on the best bread, peanut butter and jellies? All my 6 year old wants for lunch for school is pb&j. He likes white bread (obviously) and I can’t seem to find an organic bread that is white, is organic for bread important? Since it’s all he eats I want it to be the best ingredients!
Thanks for this video. We’re told to always have sunscreen on and I don’t want the chemicals on my skin.
News flash - there’s chemicals in everything
@@rosemartin4398 toxic chemicals bad, others not so much
@@BobbyParrish sunscreens have come really far and they have removed all the bad ones in most companies - mineral sunscreens are great but we have to wear sunscreen everyday , not just in summer . The best sunscreen is the one you will use daily . Chemical or mineral .

Thanks for the video. Is sad that Thrive do not ship to Puerto Rico yet.😢
Just checked my newest sunscreen and Cerave is mineral with only 2 ingredients, Titanium Dioxide and Zinc oxide. Hopefully it’s good and Bobby approved!
Those are the two ingredients he mentioned as Bobby Approved
EXCELLENT VIDEO!! So helpful... and yes! Please do a video on bug sprays! South Florida resident here! 😊
I don’t like Badger. It works well but leaves an oily mess. My favorite mineral sunblock is Australian Gold tinted sunscreen. It’s amazing
Badger forever! I’ve been using badger sunscreen for 20 years .
You should do videos on skin care ..like origins and youth to the people. Also laundry soap would be interesting too.
Very helpful, thank you, Definitely interested in bug sprays, shampoo, and conditioner!!

I have Spina Bifida and can’t use sunscreen because all the chemicals make me sick minutes after putting it on. I’m glad you posted this video about sunscreen.
I see you have babyganics sunscreen but you didn’t comment on it. We use that one because it’s one we found that doesn’t burn our skin when applying it. I didn’t see the bad ingredients but would you clarify? Thanks for all your helpful info!!!
Now Bobby's a board certified dermatologist.
what does a dermatologist do?...fix you after you have the skin damage..LOL>
@@mariejones7136 Uhh, no not just that. Have you ever been to one and there is also avery good ones on you tube like dr. Dray's channel
@@realhousewifeoftransylvania1.0 I love Dr Dray. She would be horrified at this video.
@@realhousewifeoftransylvania1.0 No actually I have never been to one...I would love to though and get dark spots removed but I hear it can leave scars and its pricey or can leave white spots...Ive tried everything else...but I digress lol.
@@anonymous6594 why is that?
Bobby you are amazing. What about La Roche-posay??
according to him all chemical sunscreen are toxic so LRP wouldnt be on his recommend, research has been done that chemical sunscreen are safe to use, all derms says so, so if you need skincare recommendation i suggest you watch dermatogist on youtube instead
@@socheatchea8253 La Roche-Posay does make mineral sunscreens, but their chemical sunscreens are better. Agree with you otherwise.
I'm hooked on Blue Lizard, 4% Octocrylene ,Zinc Oxide-9.7% I hope I haven't been wearing the wrong sunscreen for years.
It’s on the EWG website for safe sunscreens :)
Subscribed! A huge problem I've personally found with sunscreens involves it getting into my eyes when I'm surfing, causing blurry vision and pain for about an hour. Even the expensive "surfer" stuff I've tried has this problem.
Should have mentioned that using any sunscreen even “toxic” chemical is still better than not using any sunscreen to prevent skin cancer.
it depends what type of environment youre going to be in. hiking in flagstaff arizona at 11,000 feet in july from 11 am to 3 pm? yeah wear some sunscreen. walking around seattle on a cloudy december morning? no sunscreen....
@@TaylorPhase where sunscreen regardless of the weather
If you use these toxic sun screens all the time, your likely hood for cancer goes way up. There’s A LOT more forms of cancer than skin cancer.
Thank you so much g for covering all good and bad subjects
Omc finally someone that will talk about sunscreen. I’ve been allergic to like all of them especially the spray on. The only one I found that didn’t irritate my skin was my girl sunscreen..
I am only allergic to the natural ones. So crazy
I can’t use titanium dioxide and beeswax!
Seriously? There's an entire world of skincare on UA-cam that is probably 70% all about sunscreen. Look to those channels for good sunscreen recommendations, not this.
You say that when you didn't even do a youtube search? There are SO MANY great skincare experts who recommend sunscreens for all skin types and needs ALL THE TIME, please ckeack out Dr. Drey, Glow with Ramon, Lab Muffin Beuty science etc, not this guy who spreads misinformation.
@@rachelfishbein1478 and @Morgiana ig I didn’t look hard enough thanks for the info.
