- This is a total body weighted sculpt Pilates, 35 minutes at home. We start with a standing warm up and progress into full body toning moves using weights, mini ball and gliders. It may be low impact but get ready to get a sweat on. Hope you guys enjoy!

It helped me get back into my favorite jeans 👖 😊 Eventually they were too big after I lost more weight. And that was a real head trip for me. Throwing out my favorite jeans 👖 because they were too big 🤦 I never imagined I'd see that day! 😊
