      LOVED your workout. loved the combo moves from beginning to end. Intensity was great and thank you for taking time to do a proper stretch at the end. I like that you keep it simple with your descriptions.

    I liked the short workout; it went well today because I walked for 45 minutes during my lunch; and i just needed a little extra something. The short workouts are good for that. And sometimes, I ride my road bike and need just a short workout /movement! Thank you !

    A perfect workout after a week of hard cardio and vacation! Haven't been doing as much lifting, so needed something to work the whole body but not overdo it on the first day back. Perfect length of time and loved that it was one weight!
