Loved it 🩷. Just wanted to share with you I have been doing your workouts for 3 months. I have dropped 2 dress sizes Definitely fitter and more toned. Much happier and confident. Love your workouts thank you for making training fun again 🩷. You said in a workout you can’t train the same way when you was in your 20/30 so true. Just what I needed. Thank you, so grateful today for you and your team for working so hard to put these up for me and your other followers so we can get in a workout. Gyms in California remain closed. I saw your post that NJ gym is opening up next week. I sure miss my friends I would see daily at the gym to strength train and I really miss taking group classes such as Spin, Full Body and PIYO! So your classes help me feel better! I hope that you will keep posting your classes for us whom cannot get in our gyms. Thanks again!

Is it just me or the music for the flow fusion was slightly out of character? It is normally slow and relaxing in PiYo, but here it was quite upbeat! Morning edition?:)
