Tummo practice is a practice that will bring about bless and happyness, psychological as well as physicaly. The visualisation is:
you visualize yourself as a full blown up ballon, that is hollow.-Than you visualize a little object inside you, glowing and generating heat.
It is very useful, too, to help oneself and heal oneself.

The amount of vitriol being expressed by some people towards a being as loving as H E Garchen Rinpoche is astounding to me - Viewing the outside rather than the interior of the individual. It does illustrate the point that sharing some secrets with the impure will not violate vows because the impure do not have the eyes to see and cannot understand what is being taught.

It always amazes me that people think so highly of monks so as to be shocked when they are wearing normal outfits and showing emotion. They are just normal people lmfao. They're not Amish or god-like; some have phones, they know how to use electronics, they wear typical clothes on occasions, and they get angry, sad, and jealous just like everyone else.
With all theses damn expectations you people set you're going to be thoroughly disappointed when you actually get a chance to meet one.

YES and... tummo is used for sexual rituals eventually... But it’s okay that the Secrets of Buddhism are revealed cause it’s time for these practices to be purified... along with all other sexual rituals that exist in every religion and sect, secretly... of course. This anciant knowledge have been wrongly interpreted and are misused ... unfortunatly cause humans are not perfect so the essence of this practice was lost.
Real enlightenment can only be achived through sexuality IF you have a deep and sincere love for the partner !! This is why all the monks or lamas or practicionners of rital sex in other religions ARE NOT enlightened... can’t you see that they are normal people ??
This must stop, these practices of « Faking love and oneness » ... You won’t get union with someone you just met or a prostitute or your wife... The kind of relationship that will lead to a real liberation are VERY RARE, they are developed over time with powerful feelings for the soul of the other, you must develop these feelings with a great humility, like a child is in love and keeps it secret... you most keep this love inside of your heart and feed the relationship with joy, innocence, play... and no expectations, for at least 6 months.
When the relationship is ready for union both partners will feel DEEPLY in LOVE with eatchothers soul, both partners must feel totally equal in value, in respect and love... and when it’s time for the first sexual union, the energy of love and attraction will be so powerful and intense they will feel like they are both burning inside of them. They will love eachothers like themselves, like the whole universe and they won’t be able to stand one more minute of separation.
Then they are gonna make sex like nobody does... like they are on fire... but there must be, no focus on the body or the pleasure... The focus must always stay on the soul of the other person and HOW beautiful and perfect this other soul is and our intention to be one with this soul... then if you can make love like that for a long time without having an orgams you will find enlightement !!!
SO it only come from deep love, deep recongnition, which is one of the rarest thing you can find on earth, you can be in love with many people, I’M not talking about this kind of love. I’m talking about a DIVINE love, that generates total vulnerability, and absolute abandonment.... the kind of love that you feel in your whole body, that makes you vibrate and feel like you’ve never seen the sky before...
You CAN’T get it from a regular love relationship or with a partner you just met !!! THE EARTH MUST CHANGE THIS OLD and misunderstood concept of sacred sexuality cause women are being abused in the name of enlightement, hearts are broken, mind are abused, and monks are lied to !!!!!!

Ljubisa and Tovenaar and anyone else..Iceman (Hof) does amazing stuff but it's NOT tummo. Breathing is different and the view (goal, direction etc..) is different. The word Tummo is a Tibetan technical term and is basis of many complex practices called Six Yogas of Naropa. Producing heat in and of itself is NOT the goal.
One can say Hof does an amazing "Heat generating exercise" but should not say he does Tummo. A lot of people seem confused about this. With all due respect to all , do yourself a favor learn the practise of Tummo properly from a qualified teacher who holds this Teaching and has practised and accomplished it ...do a tummo retreat 3 months 6 hrs/day then you'll have at least a good idea. But all this stuff about Hof and him doing Tummo is a misrepresentation of deep centuries old Teachings.

"By kindness and compassion" - He says as he charges $100 by the hour

I guess kindness, and knowledge, comes at a high price nowadays, especially for people living in western society. It kind of sucks if you're poor, but most organizations offer a fair payment plan. Still, true kindness, and compassion is free. Most of these places would argue, that it costs money to organize these classes, which is fair. However, with all the asking of donations, expensive classes, etc. spirituality isn't cheap.

I think it clearly shows how little you know if you think Garchen Rinpoche charges $100/hr. I recently went to one of his teachings and it was free and beautiful. I do not mean to be rude but I am just speaking plainly.

I have never been to a teaching by Garchen Rinpoche where whatever was asked was not followed by a sign saying no one would be turned away if they could not pay, and twice I went totally broke and paid nothing. And what is charged is very modest, considering they have to fly him and his attendants in and feed and house them.

I’d be more concerned if he went out of his way to avoid putting a Nike shirt on. It’s just a shirt, no more and no less.

Who cares if hes wearing a Nike logo? Tommy Hilfiger turned him down so he went with the Nike sponsorship. I do like the Ikea furniture behind him though.
