In this very calming episode of The Ranveer Show, we have with us a monk who sold his Maserati.
Very early on Palga Rinpoche realized the true purpose of spirituality and understood that materialism is not the answer to long-term happiness.
This episode delves into Buddhism, spirituality, and achieving peace and happiness. Palga Rinpoche has had an interesting life, from being recognized as a reincarnation to experiencing extreme wealth at a young age to sleeping on the sidewalk when he was poor.
Spirituality is a term for which each one of us has a different definition. But all of them circle into the honest belief in a higher power, the universe, & our own versions of God. It is something that needs to be done from a feeling of genuineness and deep belief. From this episode, I truly hope you find the answers you were looking for.

Rinpoche’s explanation are very clear and modern. But in our hyper sexualized era, it could be misleading to compare “great bliss” experienced through awakening kundalini to “orgasm”. The idea is that bliss induces such non-sexual joy and contentment that it burns the thought of ordinary sexual desire which is a coarse, rough state of mind. Great bliss is set to be so subtle that it induces a state of deep samadhi! 🙏🙏

The thing is we are collectively figuring out these yogic techniques whether they share what they know or not and I feel very strongly at this stage of our evolution that it's a great disservice to not share the well practiced methods. I've gotten into trouble in my own meditation practice where I've been doing something seriously wrong with kundalini unknowingly, learning how to put it right taught me so much and in a way I'm glad I did get it wrong at first, but it would have been extremely helpful to have some form of guidance. Many of us are spontaneously awakening to influences from higher orders of reality as children and teenagers and we're simply told not to practice until we're adults, but that is by far the worst thing you can say to a young person who has discovered internal powers. We don't all have access to proper yogic teachers, my personal plan is to become a teacher or coach of sorts for anyone going through the same experience I've been through. Left without guidance awakening to these energies can drive people insane, I almost lost my way a few times so I strongly disagree with keeping secrets. It made sense in the past when we were slightly less evolved and far fewer people were spontaneously awakening, but times have changed! Thank goodness people like Wim Hof are coming forward and sharing what they know and what does it matter if people start off my just doing it to look cool; how many kids pick up a musical instrument to look cool only to discover a real talent and love for playing music

Why you need to be initiated first to gain this knowledge? Because you have to learn first compassion, concentration, selflessness,do samatha and vipassana meditation, do Hinayana, learn the basics and gain clear motivation. If you then apply the six yogas of Naropa,( or the nine blendings in the three bardos of which Tummo is the foundation), you will gain attainments.(The attainments are not to warm ourselves while cold, we could do that with a blanket:))
If you do it without that clear motivation or lets say just by hearing about Tummo or other superpowers (siddhi), you will most likely use them for wordly selfish purchases and fall in the lower realms after, hence the teacher that tought you that, or the one who gave the information, will also loose merits and gain karma because of his participation in your fall.
For our own and others good, it is kept secret.

kundalini is often described as the "coiled-up" potential energy at the base of the spine, but it can also imply, I believe to any potential energy on any level of consciousness. It is aroused and sublimated by highly evolved consciousness, residing deep within the uncoscious levels of mind. To some degree it can also be aroused by the intense exitation or intense concentration on the nature of the reality or 'Divinity'. In the easter spiritual circles the concentration method is seemed to be prefered as it is considered safer due to gradual unfodment accompanied with solid intelligent outlook and common sense. However sometimes in some magical disciplines , the strong emotional exitation practices are favoured to stimulate it

There is science behind the tummo breathing, wim hof is another variation of tummo. the underlying physiology of tummo breathing or wim hof breathing is such that when the person engage into such pattern of breathing, so due to movement of diaphragm, there is release of adrenaline from arternal gland in body n brain. Lots of things happens during it like temperature will rise, it will support immune function, person will feel energetic, light headed etc. I think the purpose of this method is to make body n brain healthy as possible so one can focus on other areas of life and lastly inquire into self n ask other questions related to life.

It's important to understand that the sexual energy is the root and foundation of the pure energy and vice versa. The kundalini is merely it trapped in the realm of matter and risen it is returned to pure creative energy. Even the semen, is seen by secret traditions both west and east as the prima materia. So The entire Daoist system for example focuses on turning pure essence, into shen, or spirit, or light. The so called bliss is not purely temporary pleasure of sexual orgasm. But a more permanent form of bliss. The sexual orgasm is but a glimpse into the true bliss, which is the same sexual energy turned into a creative force that becomes blissful, more permanent, and transforms not just the mind, but entire body!!

How do they wet the garments with water if it's -30 degrees? No water would be available at that temp.

My question exactly! Also no matter how boiling hot the water is, it would freeze almost in a matter of seconds and the wet shawl would become hard

    • @Atrangerinhell
      @Atrangerinhell Рік тому +3

the temperature is -30degree so the river upper part is frozen but the lower part flowing water never get frozen. So you can wet the garmets.
You must have seen in net geo channel the lower side of water is not frozen.

After mastering it ,one must still die because of old age. This is a play thing for the monks. You can call it an attachment.
You can learn it from falongong free of charge. It is an open secret and everyone can learn.

Yeah, the siddhi are just a byproduct of the yoga, not the reason for doing it. You could just buy warm clothing and skip the tumo in that case😂
I think the whole process combined creates a specific, beneficial outcome. Like anything I guess, your motivation is what’s most important. Great clip! 🔥

@captainmorgan2467 Tantra is from the Vagrapani school of thought.
And there is more than 4 schools of Buddhism. I can think of at least 8. There is probably alot more.
    Theravada
    Mahayana
    Zen
    Vagrapani
    Bon
    Shinto
    Confucism
(Nobody ever mentions Tara, its always male oriented. But Tara devotion is vital).
Buddha gleaned alot of wisdom from local shamanism, but this is also never recognised.
All modern religious techniques including this one. Are all derived from very ancient practises which are mostly based in shamanism.
Its just the comprehension of mastering ones own energy field. And raises ones Kundalini energy. But whilst on the journey you develop many different states of mind, and learn lots of techniques.
Names and titles describing the finer details, is where religion falls flat on its face. Because over complicating simplicity, actually disembowls all the magic out of it.
The true source of all knowledge is from nature, and the study of the self.
You don't need a guru or a priest for that.
You just need Morher Earth and yourself.
True enlightenment is the ability to just go sit on a rock in the woods. And open yourself up to all the natural energies. And then you say,
"Teach me everything you feel I need to know right now, oh gracious mother spirits"
And then sit and just listen, and feel. And then, when ready, you will learn.
That's all Buddha did. He went and sat under a tree. And he listened. He listened for months. And then he smiled.
    Mother Earth had blessed him.

Rather keeping it a secret one who knows should teach it to the normal people anyway not everyone can learn it because it needs lot of patience , determination etc . Learning this will tie us back to our roots and will give us a generation which can revive the lost and work for betterment of our mother nature . Initiative should be taken by the individual to learn and apply for good .
This practice can be a part of soldier training serving at places like siachin.

it not that easy my friend that you can use it as a training form it take years of practice to even ignite it i am not talking about mastering it. You have to devote yourself completely as a student or monk in this things coz this things can go very wrong and this things need to be kept hidden as they contain massive powers. And if one really wants to learn it go find a teacher
