This whole process is in an attempt to rise above suffering to a place where the minds eye is in a god like state that understands the “suffering” in another light and it becomes something else. The understanding is the enlightenment and when you understand you don’t suffer as much at all. Think about it

When Yogananda left his body they displayed it in a glass coffin. Weeks later there were no signs of decay.

the ideal way to hide truth is to accept ignorance, if you learn to read outside of what you think you know maybe you will understand what this video is saying.
