On paper it looks great, but what your make of gun does and barrel length and all the other possible variations that can take place may make a difference. As usual practice is necessary for any true sight in.
Good info, but I think your table is incorrect. I think the trajectories you have listed for 250 and 300 yards are actually for 200 and 250 yards. At 300 yards these rounds will drop closer to 30 inches.
Don't forget that this data is with a rifle with a 20 " inch barrel! So with my ruger American gen 2 ranch with a 16" in. barrel at 100 yards I will have to be 3" inches above the bullseye!
I tried zeroing at 100 yds for the 145 grain. The 145 was bullseye and the 180 was eight inches low. I had to put in 32 clicks up to correct 180 point of impact. Would zeroing at 150 yds for the 145 grain automatically work for the 180 grain. Have you actually tried the two rounds and left the scope at same setting and see how they impact? Your theory sounded great and I was hoping it would work at a 100 yds zero for me. Thanks for the video and your efforts.
No, I don’t think it would automatically work. The ballistics on 145 vs 180 are not huge. I am surprised at the 8” low performance you got with the 180 Gr. Toward the end of my video I talk about how closely they both preformed when I shot and using a ballistic calculator. Good Luck at the range, sorry I couldn’t help much.

I quess I will need a field poster-board flow chart to take with me, to the range. I bet I have 10 different brands / styles of rounds, for my .350 Legend.
Thank you great infomation. I own 11 acre farm, but due to land configuration and homes in the area. I will only be able to shoot 100 yards and at the very best a distance of 125 yards. My 1st kill with a 350, I sighted in for 100 yds. Killed my deer between 70/80 yards. Meat on the table. I could only find target loads last year, they worked great. EXECPT for no blood trail, but he only ran 25 yards onto neighbors property. No problem. Winchester designed that to use 150 deerseason rounds. I have Leopold Cds scope for 350 it works well zero at 100 yds.
I have found out of my CVA Scout the 145gr target rds shoot identical to the 150gr XP. Great whitetail round but i suggest you keep it to 150 yd range
Why do you not show info for a 150 yard zero with the 180 gr bullet?
