      Just discovered you via Jeb Blount. Excellent presentation. I love the colors, the lighting and the background. The music is not my cup of tea (as a classical music and former rock guy).

      Awesome content. The ones that really helped me literally close deals are the real life scenario example type of videos like "when the customer says let me think about it" those are great value. Thanks always for the great knowledge you spread!

    Do you have any tips for a kiosk salesperson inside of a Costco. I make commission on phones at Verizon and they say it’s a great opportunity because of all the people coming through the store

    I disagree with the first 2 - the sales rep should seek to completely understand the problem the customer faces, and could sell best without knowing product details.
