Do we really want to prevent blood clots like they're so evil? Don't we need to have blood that clots when we bleed during an injury? Which begs my next question. When is it harmful if after we've ingested these so-called remedies for a very long time, our blood gets so thinned it starts to bleed out from inside out on a very minor injury?

    Good evening Dr Berg.
3 year ago I fallen in to depression, having horrible anxiety, after some blood test I find that I have some tips of thyroid hormone imbalance. I didn't eat almost to nothing, didn't see the colors properly, or smell, hear or walk , sleep maximum 30 min ,have sweet, heart fast beating. , drink for 8 months. I am 1,70 cm tall Girl and 50 kg at that time. I am from Romania, here I didn't find the doctor to work with me properly based on my situation. I started looking online, and with your help, I push my self to eat even if I throw back out. I been listening very carefully when u talk about the thyroid disease. Really save my life. Thank you for sharing. Bless you. All love from Romania.

I've had lung blood clots (pulmonary emboli) and thought that I'd sprained a muscle in my diaphragm or middle back instead. Even had physio treatments for it - which didn't help. Only when it got so bad that it was painful to breathe in, and impossible to sleep, did I go to the hospital. I had to practically force them to admit me because they didn't believe there was anything really wrong with me. After two days of being treated in hospital for bronchitis despite having no other lung issues, I eventually insisted they had misdiagnosed me and had a CT scan which showed the clots. Very very easily misdiagnosed. So if your ribs hurt when you breathe, it could be blood clots in your lungs.

I feel you, I had a clot in my lung and leg after an ankle sprain. I didn't even go to the hospital only until after a couple of weeks when I thought there was something wrong when the swelling didn't go down. Blood clots are easy to miss if you think the cause of your symptoms is something else.

I had these same symptoms a week ago 😢I was immediately sent to have a CT scan and they found the small clots in both lungs. Immediately put on blood thinners and Tylenol and sent home. It’s pretty scary how quickly this can happen (2days). I made the doctors heads turn each time I made the statement that I have a clean bill of health. No smoking 🚭 no hereditary association diseases, no pain in calf muscles. been on and off keto lately but staying in the gym. im puzzled. back to keto i go!

She was slim, ate healthily, never smoked or drank. BUT she had persistent and uncontrollable high blood pressure. We had mere hours to say goodbye. After a mild stroke 2 month ago, I was quite motivated to initiate some lifestyle changes.
I decided to persue two simple targets.
Quit the sugar and go for a daily walk,
Quitting the sugar left me in a vacuum, which I tried to fill with other food sources.
Then I saw a promotion on KETO..
The photo showed 2 fried eggs, with bacon and sausages.
Long story short - googled KETO - found your channel - watched some videos - and was inspired.
Now .. you provide a lot of usefull and inspiring information.
Long time since I have studied so much and enjoyed it.
All that info showed me there is a lot that I can do to improve and balance my health - but the main issue was to re-learn my body how to use FAT as a primary energy source.
So I just fokused on eating all the food i used to like - eggs, bacon, fat meat..
and added olive oil, cream, cheese and avocado as an extra supplement.
Regarding veggies - well this came all natural, as I had to find SOMETHING to replace the vacuum the food with the toxic sugar had left.
    The result after 7 weeks
Lost 9,5 kgs - going for 7 more.
My BMI is now in the green zone.
My blood sugar avarage is 95 Mg/dL and it does not spike beyond 115 after eating. Im now out of the diabetic danger-zone,
The intermittend fasting was definitely something I found interesting and wanted to focus on later in my proces..
but.. SURPRISE - this came all natural after very short time on proper food.
I was full - and went easy 18 hours without food. Even 20.
Now I have learned that I dont have to do that kind of fasting every day, and can settle for a longer fasting period one time in a month. This I still have to experience, though. But Later.
Cravings - oh yes.. it was a tough one untill I learned that avocado is my new "Mars-bar".
Now I rarely have any cravings.. in spite of the fact that Im only having 2 meals a day.
    7 weeks - 2 simple steps - NO SUGAR - and a DAILY WALK
For me - sugar is a deadly poison!!
2 times within one year I was hospitalized - my life hanging in a tread .
And the doctors prescribed lifesaving medicin, but they did not engage me in my healing.
No special interest for my lifestyle or any attempts to motivate me to do an effort in my daily life.
    This frustrates me!!.
Specially after I have experienced how simple it can be done - and how little effort it takes to balance my basic health.
BUT - fortunately we have UA-cam and some great doctors like you, that are dedicated to share this kind of information.
    so..
Thank you so much. Keep up the good work.
    Its a lifesaver.
Some of my friends asks me if Im on a diet..
    But I choose to answer:
" No, I just strive to eat proper food and avoid poison in my food."
    Simple as that!
Im a total keto rookie, but even with the little knowledge , I have been able to get out of a severe life threatening zone.
For me it has been a joyfull ride untill now, lots of immediate rewards from the first week.
    Lots of affirmations..
blood pressure, blood sugar and my weight
the daily numbers changed for the better already within the first week.
Just because I watch some videos, quit sugar - and go for my daily walk of life.
    Kind regards
    A happy subscriber from Spain

I’ve had 3 pulmonary embolisms in short succession but I knew by the 2nd & 3rd one what was happening as I had such pain in each shoulder blade and it hurt to breathe in each time. I have stopped taking heparin injections and have now gone the longest time without having any clots and I believe it is down to my eating plenty of garlic and turmeric and taking the supplement pycnogenol. It might not work for everybody but it does for me … so far. Needless to say I have refused numerous requests to have the jibby jabby!!

I get blood clots around my left knee. It burns a lot. I also have a long "rope" of varicose veins on my upper leg above the knee. I've been taking a vitamin E complex. Gamma brand. It seems to be breaking them up and I find I'll get pain in my chest, left arm and head like the clot has gotten stuck in these places. It's weird and can last an hour or so but then goes away.
I lead a sedentary lifestyle. I know I should be walking to help prevent this. I started keto 3 years ago when I found out I had high blood pressure. I haven't been to a doctor since. I'm pretty sure I'm diabetic but again, no doctor so I can't check. I'm thinking of getting a monitor. I know what high blood sugar feels like since I had Gestational Diabetes when pregnant. They said it would just go away, but I honestly don't think it did, and they never followed up..
I cheat here and there, but not with a meal. It's usually half a TimBit, which is a donut hole. I'll have half with my meal in the evening and that's it.
I put garlic in most of my meals and have for years.
I've found the vitamin E complex to help the most. I also put some sunflower seeds in my salads as well.
I have a treadmill, just need to setup a dedicated time to use it.
My hubby's always worried about my health. I don't need to lose weight, but he has been pushing me to use the treadmill to get my blood flowing. He says that not moving around is causing my blood to settle in places and that's why I have clots. It could be.

best safe anticloting on emergencies ( in peru they use it on ambulances) is cayenne pepper max dose on acute problem is 1 teaspoon though its better to have tincture and just move around on your mouth and then drink it its much faster acting
check dr christopher formula cayenne and other similar and read reviews this both prevent clots and internal bleedings and its not a blood thinner
garlic is most powerful anticoagulant antithrombotic more powerful than drugs and safer it lowers hematocrit and red cell production if used every day also itsvery potent blood thinner so it boost INR

A bit off on a tangent, but my beloved cat Abby developed a blood clot in July that left her back legs paralyzed. 24 hours of vet care couldn't help her, so I had to have her euthanized. Broke my heart, as she was a real sweetheart, and I miss her very much. 😢😿 She was on meds for high blood pressure, but was still too high at the time this happened, and it was just a few days after the vet had me increase the med dosage to try and bring the BP down more. She was also hyperthyroid (on meds for that too) and had chronic kidney disease, so all these may have contributed to the clot.

Try what Dr. Berg has suggested. Oddly, you could try placing red onions on the soles of the feet. Warm them slightly. Put olive oil on first. Place the onions centered on the soles. Wrap the feet or put cotton socks over them (or both).
Go to bed. Do this until.......until you see improvement. This is anecdotal, but onions are rich in quercetin. My daughter once developed fist size hives from chemicals being sprayed in the classroom. This was the only thing that worked.
Circulation, blood coagulation are tied together. The cayenne will also work wonders, 1 tsp. several times a day. Dr. Christopher said "cayenne, hawthorn berries or leaves, and wheat germ oil."

30yo friend of mine died of a massive brain aneurism. He had excessive sweating for the past 5 years or so.
The clots probably formed in his late teens when he broke his ankle so badly that he had to stay in bed for about 6 months. He gained lots of weight during that period and he could never slim back down afterwards.
Sitting in bed leads to blood clotting.

Here is my two cents on why they need everyone vaccinated. Lets say if only 70% of the population get vaccinated, that leaves 30% unvaccinated, such as a medical trial "control group". If the 70% start to get sick many months or years later, then people will start to ask questions, but if everyone is vaccinated and starts getting sick, "they" will say it is due to another variant. Stay Safe!

After having and surviving 3 large DVT’s which resulted in 2 pulmonary embolisms resulting from knee surgery, don’t even hesitate to get yourself to the ER if you may have one. Second tip, call 911 or tell someone close to you, don’t drive yourself if at all possible. It puts you and others on the road in danger if the clots moves. Trust me it hurts especially when one got caught in my femoral artery, thought my left leg was going to explode.

Having recovered from three heart attacks in the last 20 months (without the use of any drugs) I have a few more suggestions for anyone that might be interested. I have found using these additional supplements to be greatly beneficial. Serrapeptase, Nattokinase, L-Arginine-AKetoglutarate, (AAKG), L-Citrulline.
