Misael David Now is the time! There is plenty of snow there now but be prepared for the road conditions. 4 wheel drive is a must but if not you may need chains just to be safe. It is absolutely the best drive I have done in a while. It is also cold so wear layers. I hope this helps. Have fun!

I went there in summer. In December, there might be more snow.
Year round is fine. You may get an odd snowfall, but it is cleared in 1-2 days.
I like the snow on the mountain, so avoid August - November.
One day I want to go here , get in a canoe or a kayak and drink a Shasta cola.
People walking along tracks, cut to train. Red rocks...
That is an issue, going to the falls requires that you walk along those tracks.
