    I don't play badminton much anymore but these exercises have actually helped immensely with keeping my wrists intact from playing non-stop Beat Saber. Fantastic video.

    And the neighbours are thinking Paul's gone mad 😂.
    The covers add a lot of weight and drag and this definitely works, thanks Paul

    I been doing your armchair exercises for quite a while now going from an aluminum racket with a racket cover and a small book inside to a squash racket with a tiny bag tied at the top to currently a tennis racket with a grocery bag at the top. Thanks to your exercises, I can use any racket and recovery clear from anywhere on the court. I may not be a pro but people are always astonished at how hard I can clear from out of position forehand and backhand. Hope to meet you in person one day and let you review my Victor Epic Lamborghini Racket for kicks.

      @@TheBadmintonCoach I just try to rest and use a massage gun after the tennis racket exercises since I know I am putting myself at high risk using such a racket for armchair exercises. Forgot to mention I do the weight twisting as well. Started with a 1 lb dumbell. Now Im at 15. Works like a charm but I get scared the rope is going to snap and the dumbell is going to drop on my shoe. Haha

      @@upy0ur5 I used to use two bricks but my rope was on a metal bar.

      @@TheBadmintonCoach I use a metal bar too but the rope is a type of lanyard.

    Love the video and I'll be sure to add this to my training exercises. I've been looking for a racket cover like this, as well as one with a hole in the center of the racket. Can't seem to find it anywhere though; could anyone point me in the right direction?

    Great tips coach. Can I use a heavy wooden racket instead of using the cover and my real racket?

    May I know how many sets per exercise I should do?

    • @TheBadmintonCoach
      @TheBadmintonCoach  Місяць тому +1

      If you look on UA-cam you see many exercises.work on 10-12 per set and build to 3 sets
